Had a real bad time here today 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and then the girl that told us she will get the waitress which she never came out . So o told the other waitress who was working a party to forget about it. So I left and will not be coming back to this establishment again. You just lost a loyal customer and his family.
Sandy was a excellent server .the food was delicious. And plentiful. 36 yrs ago we had our first date here brought our sons here all the time till our oldests 17 th birthday the food and service were horrendous this is the first time back since then and we brought that son who is 33 now and his twins it was very enjoyable . I pray it wasn't a fluke.
Waitress's very poor service. Had a birthday gathering and never offered drinks. Brought 2 loaves of bread and 2 pitchers of water and plastic cups. Didn't see them for 35 minutes. Forgot birthday girls Feench onion soup when they brought everyone's salads. Lasagna was tasty and Riggies were good too. Atmosphere and service not so much.
Food was good, drinks were good, and it’s a major plus to have a cigar bar next door for smokers. It’s open late for night owls or people looking for a quick bite and cocktail later in the evening.
Seems like they are struggling with the times. Went here last week for a small party of 25-30 people. Room space was good for the size of the group. Buffet service was put out considerably later than the requested time, I believe 45 min. late at least. When no appetizers were ordered, that is awkward for guests to not have any food to go with their drinks. Food was decent, nothing exceptional but tastey. Bar server was friendly but not as present as she could be. Another party was also taking place and what looked like a few regulars at the main bar. I got the feeling that it's a place where regulars go and are treated well, but new guests don't get full attention. Server who seemed to be in charge of taking care of the group was pleasant and accommodating, but not overly warm or welcoming.
Dinner was good - we did have a couple special request and those were done perfectly. 5 stars for service - the team was attentive, kind, accurate and fast.
Just bought 20 everything wings they told me 30 min for pick up. I asked for extra crispy. When I got home they were cold and soft. Never again. Fell off from what they used to be definitely lost a customer.
Most of our food was very good. My friends son did not care for the pizza at all. We all got different things and most everyone liked what they ordered. With only one waitress that day she did excellent work keeping up with our large group and everyone else that was sitting in our area. She was very pleasant.
Miranda and two other bar area servers took very good care of the two of us making up for any short comings of the small cheese pizza. We have nothing but praise for our xtra crispy wings done mild and with a side of hot buffalo for me to dip in. Oddly I'm still recalling how refreshing my two glasses of diet Pepsi were. Service, beverage and wings get 5 stars but the pizza I know they can do better because we have had better baked dough.
Had a party there so my experience might be a bit skewed. Servers and bar staff were excellent. Price was on point. Food was standard. The area we were in was a little tight to move around in but not clostophobic. Deffiently a great place for dinner and drinks in the area!
