Great place for a yummy lunch. Service is good. Staff friendly and happy. Food is delicious especially their rolls.
Honestly I've avoided this place bc of the peanut shells on the floor. But my brother let me know that it is not that way anymore.I absolutely loved my new experience! The staff was wonderful! So much amazing food!! I was able to pick out the steak I wanted. I asked for a medium cook AND it was cooked to perfection. The only negative I had was the chef was a little heavy with the salt. But I still am going back and highly recommend this restaurant!
Food is proportional staff is friendly all in all is ok didn't have to wait long. Not a five star when ur blasting music I can't stand turn it down or turn it OFF shouldn't have to leave with a full stomach and a pounding headache
I brought my son with me for dinner, since he gave me a gift card for Mother's Day. My son is 11 and was happy to be able to take his mom out to dinner. Our server, Clint was AWESOME! He didn't talk down to Joe, he talked to him like he was a man. This is something I really appreciated, thank you Client. He went above and beyond this evening. The food was delicious, and arrived promptly.
It was just okay. More like 2.5 stars, but that's not an option.I was looking forward to having a few peanuts, which I usually only eat there. No peanuts to be seen when we walked in. I guess if we asked they'd probably say something about COVID. Would it be so hard to have one clean person use a scoop to put some in a container for each set of guests? Oh well. Really not a big deal.My husband loves the steak and rolls so we went there for his birthday dinner with our kids so he could specifically eat too much of both of those things. The rolls were undercooked/baked. They were okay, but definitely not as good as they usually are. Both of our steaks were really overcooked and were very dry and had no flavor. Our waitress was incredibly busy and didn't seem like she had time for a discussion. As usual, the noise in there was deafening and it was hard to hear yourself think. Overall, not the best birthday dinner for my poor husband.
Very busy but handled well. Quick seating and service. My steak was perfect
First off I will say I had an an amazing waitress Jadon and I believe my children’s was great as well ( yes my kids had a different waitress) . I’m not recommending for the fact that yesterday I called and was told we don’t do reservations so I showed up 30 mins before my party to get on waiting list at 5pm. The hostess was rude and had an issue with a party of 11 telling me there we’re reservations for 3 large parties already ( of 9 people) . She told me she wouldn’t be able to accommodate my party until 6:30 pm and I asked about maybe sitting us side by side tables and was informed that we wouldn’t be in the same section so I decided to wait an hour in a half . In that time I watched so so many people walk in and get served. At 6 I walked in asked girl at door how we were looking on time and the rude girl behind desk that I originally talked to took over ( why? Because she deleted my reservation) and said oh I have your table coming give me your phone number again. So at 6:01 I get a text to confirm my party say 1hr 25- plus wait - Really?? This girl told me it wouldn’t be more than 30 mins. I didn’t know I should have gotten that message an hour before or I would had said something sooner. Then my husband went to check after the 30 mins was up.. oh another 15 mins.. finally after 20 more mins we get text it’s ready. And guess what not seated together- happy birthday to my daughter you kids get to sit alone. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened but the third the other two times after waiting almost 2 hours we went somewheres else. So if you have a large party ( ? which as a server at 3 restaurants 11 ppl is nothing) don’t bother. Honestly I was so mad idk if my food was good I lost my appetite waiting and only waited for birthday girl. But I finally made it in the door to use my gift cards I have had over 17 months.
We used to really enjoy going here. Service and food were consistently good. However that past two times we've gone we've had some serious concerns. Twice in one night they served us drinks in broken glasses. They weren't sharp the first night but last night a member in our party had actual pieces of glass in their water and it cut his tongue and was bleeding. Thank God he didn't swallow it. After that a salad was served to our table with a very long hair completely mixed into it. My daughter was served a flavored lemonade that had no lemonade in it. It was simply dye and water. Their answer was to take 20%off our bill, offering us rolls and peanuts to take home. We were never given the rolls because they didn't have any made. In my opinion if you have this much happen during one service, especially with the seriousness of the glass you don't charge for the meal period! It will be a very long time before we return, if ever actually. You really need to step it up Texas Roadhouse and start paying attention to what you're serving your drinks in before someone gets seriously injured.
Called at 4:30 to ask how long the wait would be for a party of 6 adults and one child. Was told it would be 9pm before getting a table. Since they don't take reservations I was really confused that they had that many people in front of us, probably laziness at not wanting to deal with a group. Instead we went to a local restaurant that is not a chain and had excellent service and a much better meal.
Very friendly staff... very accommodating for a table instead of a booth... food was excellent...
