So I like Starbucks in NYC…and when people complain about NYC is rude and uncaring, let me refresh your memory on Central NY!! So originally Starbucks was about serving a specific kind of gourmet coffee from different parts of the world for world unity and awareness. Over the years this establishment has really lost its focus especially during the early 2000s when they were hiring college graduates during the many different stages of inflation and recession years. Fast forward to today, opening Starbucks in suburban and small town areas, and we have a modified version of big city glam. Problem is, the business in making THIS kind of coffee is lost in areas like here. There isn’t the sophistication, purpose, or collective agreement anymore. Now it’s all about give me NYC branded Starbucks in the suburbs with pajama wearing, half clean half messy bun, entitled “customers” who believe they need this experience to live, and feel fulfilled when they finally get there coffee from a trained barista (which by the way takes a while to master) and then given a rude or nasty review or comment by most people in this site…no wonder you feel this way. If you want privilege go to NYC and get your frilly coffee…but if you want just a nice coffee with wholesome baristas and service people, don’t expect the Ritz when you know you’re getting a carbon copy of an illusion of the Ritz. It’s all smoke and mirrors. You get what you pay for. The Barnes and Noble location of Starbucks is so much better because of the establishment. The in store franchises are different from the stand alone stores and depending on the location, you get what you pay for. Don’t complain about buying Gucci in a flea market!!All in all, I knew when they opened at this location what to expect. But each time I came in I was always treated with respect and consideration because I treated the service people that way. And I tip them too!! It goes a long way! I gave three stars because I don’t like the long lines here. I also like the coziness of the layout when it’s not overrun by obnoxious and entitled Gen Zs!! Barf!!

I went into Starbucks one busy afternoon with 3 kids. Not only were we undecisive, we kind of took up more time than needed. But! That did not stop our Baristas Brandon from being kind, patient and an overall Rockstar! He Literally walked over to the kids and hand them their cake pops and sandwiches and said goodbye with a "Have fun, enjoy" ! Thank you Brandon for the extra help a mom/aunt needs on a busy day. I will most definitely be back to the establishment because of your great customer service.

Its a high priced coffee bar with a well known name. Don't get me wrong ,there products are very good but I gotta go with Dunkin on this one. But very clean location and polite employees.

Starbucks is the best. The staff everything. This was from the other day.

For two successive days, my order was only a teeny tiny cup of hot cappuccino, and they keep me waiting for over 20 minutes and then after I ask again, somebody came out and told me I'm sorry your order went to another place! And hands out what's supposed to be hot as cold espresso! It's the only one close by where I walk on foot to get there. Do I have to burn a gallon of gas to drink coffee?

I usually use the mobile app to order & haven’t had a problem yet. I tend to avoid the drive thru 100% of the time, you will get trapped waiting. That isn’t the employees problem though, it’s the person that approved the location/lay out. This Starbucks needs a stand alone spot.

What an unpleasant experience. Ordered 3 beverages and three food items for pick up. When I got there the drive thru was packed but only one other person was waiting for mobile order pick up. My order was already 10 minutes late so I inquired and was told just a few more minutes. My beverages came one by one and then had to wait another 15 minutes for the food. All their focus was on drive thru orders, pick up was left hanging.

This store cannot handle their drive thru and mobile orders. As a former manager of a busy drive thru store, I was surprised to how well staffed they were and how inefficiently they worked as a team. There weren't any customers in line in the store when I arrived and only 2 came in during my wait. My order was a mobile order. From the time I arrived, It took 10 minutes to get a hot brewed coffee and 2 packages of Madeleines, only to receive my coffee ice cold. Nobody smiled, and when I asked a question I was snapped at. Then when I returned with the coffee, I noticed that the coffee urns were blinking and I was offered a pour-over and was told it would take an additional 5 minutes. No apology, or acknowledgment of my inconvenience. I may be generous with the 2 stars, but the store was clean. I usually avoid this store because they are consistently slow and often get some part of my order wrong. If you don't need to use the drive thru (or want some Madeleines) go to the Barnes & Noble. They are great over there and make a perfect espresso beverage every time.

They have never made me a bad coffee. They get it right every single time and if something is wrong they fix it right away. The staff here are all so kind & quick! But every time I go, the barista named Feti is working. She is the absolute sweetest and always makes my day! Always so positive and happy even when there’s a line out the door. Staff is amazing here!!

Not the best?‍♀️ I've been there a few times thinking each time the service would improve. Tbh its gotten worse.... Which is a shame; I love starbucks coffee. The staff is very rude, and makin your drinks takes on average 15-20min Whenever i go they are always out of something. I understand there are shortages currently, but being out of the same things over and over is kinda fishy if u ask me? Lastly they routinely mess up what I order. I would go elsewhere and support a local coffee place.
