Do. Not. Go.This used to be our favorite place to eat. It used to be awesome. Now it is dry and flavorless. The rice, pictured, was a rock.It is so sad.
Gross! I took my mom there for Mother’s Day. I apologized to her after the meal and promised her another meal somewhere else. We walked in and should have walked out. What was once a beautiful fish tank at the main entrance is now a cloudy mess with a third of the water evaporated. 4 goldfish swimming in cloudy water. Walking in I noticed my shoes were sticking to the floors. The floors looked like they haven’t been washed in months. The windows in the front of the restaurant were difficult to look through as they haven’t been cleaned in months. As for the food, it was warm at best as the steamer tables were barely doing their job. The selection of classic Chinese dishes was limited and unimaginative. There appeared to be more American dishes than Chinese. I could go on and on but just take my word that the Sky Buffet should be avoided at all costs is you value your health.
Stay FAR away! I used to go here quite often and left happy, so decided it was time to go again. I should've stayed home. The "salad bar" had very few items on it, the "hot" food was warm at best and tasteless. Website said $9.99 for the lunch buffet and I was charged well over that. Just shy of $55 for 3 people to eat LUNCH! The bathroom sinks were nasty, stained and overall disgusting. The handicap toilet wouldn't flush. I have never been so disappointed.
I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I wish that we never sat down to eat. When they started handing me plastic utensils and paper plates as when I knew I should’ve ran. The food was cold and soggy and tasteless. An over priced $66 for four of us. And I literally ate three pieces of sesame chicken. Definitely would not recommend going there it is not worth the time or the money. I was praying that we didn’t get food poisoning
Absolutely not very good. Brunch. (Lunch) and price was $13.99 and still have to pay for a drink. Very cheap plastic forks. Cold food. And held on warming buffets until dried out. Afraid of trying the fish. Do not recommend.
Terrible experience food was cold and when I told the manager he shrugged it off then charged me $22.49 for one person pathetic. I would not shed a tear if they closed
This is now the Sky Buffet. It was a 4 out of 5 when it was East Dynasty Buffet but since it changed owners the food is horrible, the service is bad. I will never go back!
GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here. The food is disgusting, tasteless and tastes old if anything. Ceiling tile is drooping from water damage, black mold on some tiles. Cleaning supplies on floor next to cutlery and other food touching items. Staff does not care.Fish tank in the front has live fish still in it, no filtration and it murky. See photo.I have never been to such a terrible restaurant. A garbage dumpster would be more appealing. Also, watch out for pricing, we were charged $43 and change for two lunches and two sodas. The Oneida County health department needs to shut this place down.
One of the worst meals I have ever forced myself through. Rice was rock hard. Sushi tasted expired or moldy or possibly both. The entire buffet was all old food. Nothing was remotely fresh. Complained to staff, they only laughed and spoke jibberish in response. Noticeable mold on ceiling above our table. Used to be good food , now it is complete trash. Then, the topper, they hand me the bill, 77$. For 2 adults and 2 kids at 230 in the afternoon. Never again. It has been one hour since we left, both me and my wife have vomited and both kids have upset stomachs
No music playing. Food was barely warm and not very good at all even for a Chinese restaurant. Mold growing in ceiling tiles. Worst sushi I’ve ever had. My family and I will never return to this restaurant.
