Great food great service fast service
Wonderful staff there from host to kitchen staff and the managers there, everyone is so great. We went there a few days ago and Candy was our server. She was so friendly and on point. She has a great sense of humor. On way out we spoke with the manager Rhonda and she was so nice and friendly. She asked about our visit and made a great connection. She spoke of her family in military, we have a child in service to. We are looking forward to going again. The place is run so well and the food was delicious. Kudos to everyone there on the team.
I went to this restaurant after my Brother's graduation and was turned away as they could not accommodate larger than 6 patrons. We asked if we could split up the party and the young lady identified 2 tables that would accommodate us; however we were advised that the kitchen's out and we couldn't be accommodated. This was an uncomfortable experience as we watched other paries being seated.....but the kitchen was out. We hear these stories but to experience first hand was an eye opener.Love you Canada ??
Went with family to celebrate a graduation, and was approached by a kind employee who was willing to seat us. Afterwards, the managers came and told us that they were unable to seat us. We offered to split our group into two smaller tables of four and the manager said they were still unable to. Before we left, we watched as they proceeded to sit a white table of 3 and and 4. We are all very displeased with the service provided here and we will not be returning to red lobster due to this experience. This poor experience seems to be due to judgment, and discrimination and we are not interested in supporting a business that allows such actions.
nice people good food good time
The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and had a nice seaside feel. Hailey the server did and excellent job.
This evening I joined my friend to have dinner at this place of business, I was concerned about the covid still being active and was assigned a waitress that was not wearing a mask . Even though the mandate had been lifted for wearing masks , I feel as though if your being served food particles from the mouth is still prevalent , the plastic dividers they have in place to separate the booths were dirty with kids saliva marks as well as germs manifesting on said surface . The waitress I had said she doesn't have to wear a mask and asked if I would like to speak to the manager in which the manager approached me and asked my concerns. I expressed to her that I would like my waitress to wear a mask while serving my food , not such a big request but I took notice she was without a mask as well. She stated to me that she doesn't require one , but the profile on this site states , must wear mask and tables sanitized after each use . Which none was done in any manner. Needless to say the manager was very rude so I asked her for the check and that we would be not be having dinner at this establishment. She handed me the check so I could pay , so I walked to pay for the check and she said I had to pay the waitress that had been attending my table , that being said she ended up taking the check from me and told me not to worry about it. What kind of work ethics are in play in todays society? What kind of manager says it's not necessary when we are in the middle of a killer virus , masks are not necessary? Would you want your food to have particles seeping from your waitresses mouth onto your food ? I think not . I'm so disgusted and appalled that this was handled in the manner in which it was . They've lost my business
We went to store opening time at 11:00 AM on March 22/2022. I love red Lobster and things have been difficult with Covid and it had been several months since I was able to go. I will start with our server Cheryl. On this day she seemed not Happy to be at work. She came over to see if we were ready to order, we needed just our drinks at the moment so she brought them to us and took our order. My sister got a fish sandwich with fries and a coleslaw and I ordered the Ultimate Feast. My sister thought the coleslaw had a perfume taste but the fries were good. After we started eating we stopped our server and had to ask for additional napkins. She never checked with to see if we needed a refill of drinks. I would have had a second. The biscuits as usual were fantastic and I would have asked for an order to go. We finished eating and sat without service for a period of time and finally waved our server over. She never asked us about desert or coffee. With my meal I was not thrilled with the crab legs or the shrimp as they seemed over cooked which surprised me being one of the first customers to arrive. We’re usually think highly of Red Lobster but after this experience it may be a while before we return. Thank you.
The call ahead seating feature offered by open table worked well. Food is good but not great, best part of the evening was Laura, a very upbeat and friendly server who was genuinely caring and helpful to all of us.
