I placed an order to be picked up at 5:45 and we got there at the exact time the order was ready, the only good think the pizza was very cardboardy, almost no sauce, both for the large and the medium pizza, and I add cinnamon bread sticks which came with tomato sauce dip instead of the sugar white dip sauce for the cinnamon sticks. I do not think I will be back.
Everything was good, except the discontinuation of the crust topper. It seems like such a simple thing, but it was literally the thing that set Pizza Hut apart from every other place. Bring back The Hut Favorite crust topper, and we will be back in a heartbeat.
Food was made quickly and the customer service, especially the person at the register was very kind! I definitely felt welcomed by him!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I placed an online order at 11:05 for a personal pan pizza and a 20oz bottle of soda, very simple order. I arrived at the business at 11:15, the doors were locked. There was another car in the parking lot with people sitting in it. I called repeatedly from the parking lot and got no answer. The website specified it was open at 11am. I gave up and left, contacted the store an hour later and the clerk lied to me and said they had been open. I was told to provide my name and number and someone would call me back to refund me. I hung up and escalated through corporate--thinking they would respect a customer's experience. I WAS WRONG. As of today---STILL HAVE NOT RECVD MY REFUND. I have recvd nothing but excuses. We all work hard for our money, we deserve the product and services advertised. Clearly that is not a possibility for this Pizza Hut. I was told they are under new leadership, and yet....I still have no refund. DISGUSTING. Lies, theft and excuses. I think I'll give my money to local businesses going forward. BUYER BEWARE----They do NOT care or value you as a customer.
