We came into Pinz in New Hartford tonight to celebrate our sons 18th Birthday and wow what a great choice! Our server Jillian was amazing, she was prompt, friendly, attentive and she took excellent care of us. Will we be asking for her next time we are there because that was some of the best service we have ever received in a restaurant. The food was out of this world, everything was cooked perfectly, the portions insured everyone was full and everything tasted fantastic. Our boys played their hearts out in the arcade and enjoyed some bowling. Everything was clean, well maintained and not over crowded. Both the managers were fantastic as well. All around a great experience and we will be recommending Pinz to everyone. Thank you for a great evening of family fun.
Absolutely amazing!!!! My daughter had her 13th birthday party today and the staff went over and beyond for everyone there.... Will definitely recommend! Bowling, pizza, fries, arcade.... What more could anyone ask for? 12/10 would recommend!!!!

We go here a few times a year and always have a good time. We had our sons birthday party here as well. The birthday party was a bit chaotic as there were 2 others scheduled that day as well, but we had fun no less and the attendant gave us quite a bit more bowling time for our troubles! Always good, even if it's busy!
Everything! Bowling was fun and my grandson had a blast at the arcade! The employees are very friendly abs helpful!!!
PiNZ is a pretty fun location for many different means of entertainment. They're quite expensive which takes away from the overall experience however, as four matches of bowling, the shoes, two pizzas and wings, and a shareable drink all came out to about $350 or so. Very fun, just expensive.
Horrible service, our lane didn’t work and when we asked to switch lanes we were told there were no more open lanes (there were 6 open ones) and when we asked the front desk to correct the score they didn’t do anything. Do not recommend, go to AMF bowling instead
They were fixing the bowling lanes without telling anyone that they still had us bowl for no reason. Bowled one frame in 20 minutes. They need to handle it properly and the bartender Tricia was A1!! Love her!! Will definitely go back to see her ??❤️
PiNZ Bowling and Arcade is pretty cool considering this location is one of a kind in our area. The kids definitely enjoyed the plethora of games they have to offer from shooting arcade basketball to playing air hockey. We noticed they have a very cool set up for bowling and private parties as well as a new game where you can attempt axe throwing. The prizes are somewhat easy to attain and are of better quality then most places. We didn't have time to try the food but the bar area and eatery looked very clean and was well staffed. This place is a definite must try if you're in the area.
Kids love it here. Haven't utilized the bowling alley or axe throwing yet so my family still has fun to explore. Food is really good too. Wish they gave time limit for the bowling alley as we had waited for 3hrs and the people never left, weren't even playing, just chilling drinking...there's a bar for that.
