In the past, service has been slow, the place has been dirty, and the chicken overly greasy. That was not the case today. Our order taker was cheerful and outgoing, service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the chicken was great!

We searched for a 2nd KFC location because the first one was out of chicken wings and almost out of chicken for a Family Fill Up. We got lucky with the New Hartford location. The young man at the register was friendly, accommodating, and quick. We were able to get everything we ordered, quickly and hot. Wish we would have come here first!
I absolutely refuse to give KFC in New Hartford any stars because when I went to make my order they said they had no chicken because the cook left several others that were there for orders left to because of no chicken I had to get one star just to post this
