My wife went in for subs an hour before closing. From the moment she specified gluten free for celiac, they acted as if it was a total inconvenience. Side eyes and mumbles from all 3 working. They Wouldn't use a seperate slicer because it was past 8 pm, used the same knife they used previously. The staff was very rude. The male working at the grill kept mumbling something after being told it was gluten free for allergy. No precautions were taken. The bill for FOUR subs was over $90. Will never be back. Service was horrible, subs were very dry and poorly put together and for an establishment that offers gluten free they sure don't care enough to take the proper safety steps.. Highly do not recommend..
The Hospitality, and Customer Service was amazing! Everyone that was their today, I just want to Thank You, for your Delightful, Compassionate, and Caring Personalities. Your all The Best, and The Sandwiches were, and are Amazing. I am currently still working on it. Again, all of you, “ Thank You, for being such an Amazing Team. I only hope to get this Service everywhere. I hope your Employer appreciates you, all as much as I did, and so, did my Friend. God Bless, and just know that you, are Appreciated. Superb Customer Service! Everyone there has Excellent skills with Compassion, Patience, and Communication. Excellent Subs… The Best Sub Shop. You wil not be disappointed.
My sandwich tasted good, but not "$12.13 after tax for a regular size tuna sub which for some reason doesn't come with cheese when nearly every other cold sub on the menu includes cheese so that's an extra $1.50"That's way too rich for my blood. I can get a whole sub for that price. I think I'll continue to support one of the plethora of local places, instead of yet *another* national chain
Amazing food and hard working staff.
I could see this place improving again if they would just fire the manager and get a new one. I've been a customer since they first opened and have seen them have really good months and really bad months. They recently got a new manager and I literally cannot understand how she's a manager. She cannot communicate whatsoever with customers, she doesn't make subs correctly and she does not like being corrected when she does something wrong. Just confusing how someone like that is in charge. And she's not helpful to her coworkers when it's busy.

1/5/2022 approximately 6:30pm - The young guy working at the New Hartford, NY location was busting his a$$ taking orders, cooking, cutting meat, making sandwiches, and ringing out customers! There was only one other person working in the back. He was very polite to the customers and well mannered. They are short on workers, but he deserves recognition for his hard work!
The absolute most rude interaction I’ve ever had with staff in my entire life. Won’t ever go back and will be telling everyone I know. From the second I walked in I felt uncomfortable to be there- like I was inconveniencing them. And then they yelled my total at me without asking me if id like to make it a meal, get a drink, etc. Then when I did say that I had needed to get some drinks the next woman who cashed me out literally started an altercation with me over it. I work it in the service industry and this was appalling. Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had. The whole wait staff needs to go!
