If I could give this place a ZERO I'd still be giving them praise. This place is by far the worst IHOP I've been to in 4 different states. My son's birthday is today and he wanted IHOP. We get there and the front sign is off. Looks deserted. We walk in party of 6, takes 10minutes for the waiter to come talk to us. 75% of the tables there were dirty and havnt been bussed it hours it looks like. We go to sit in the corner and guess what? Dirty, we wait another 10-15 minutes for him to clean it, because he's to busy messing around talking and laughing with the other 2 people there. Finally we get seated, waiting.. waiting... literally another 15 minutes. NO ONE COMES. NO ONE ASKED US ANYTHING NO DRINKS NO NOTHING! Completely unprofessional. Still has not come to say anything to us at that point we get up. We walk out and the buser has the audacity to tell us to have a good night as we are walking out. I'd fire them all if I ran the spot. Will not recommend a soul to this establishment.

Want take out order or trying to get a seat? this place is @ worst worst place to go,.. the manager took so long to take the order, lyes about menu... on top of that.. leaves you stranded at the lobby.. with waiting long periods of time..with no explanation if food's ready ... The service is terrible my food was on the shelf getting cold and you can see it on the shelves? Food Has to be still packed ? When they get to pack it they don't even have the proper gear to pack it with.. manager does not concern himself to properly do his job right! for anyone who comes in there.with take out order or guests who want to be seated as well

Our food was decent. Exactly what you'd expect from an IHOP. The service lacked a bit, our waitress did inform us that she was new. She was very nice so we hope she's there when we go back. Overall we were pleased as usual and will be back.
Very quiet and friendly staff but what I ordered wasn't correct but I just ate it anyway. I wanted cheesecake pancakes, got regular with strawberries on it. Wanted the strawberries but wanted cheesecake pancakes. Oh well the waitress was super friendly and always came to check on us ?
French toast was great. We met a lovely young lady our server who came North from Orlando Florida to Utica so she could experience Winter & Snow. We wished her luck & gave her more information bout the area and surrounding. What she can do during the other 3 Seasons before she decides to return south.

Only 2 of us. The meals came 10 minutes apart. And ended up cold anyway.Hashbrowns were WAY to crispy.Chocolate milk was very good though.
I frequent this establishment with my family. The food is amazing, the staff is kind. They really go above and beyond with their customer service.
