Just went to get ice cream at Friendly’s, and it was the best service that I’ve had there in a long time!! Fast service, workers were very polite and the peanut butter cup sundae was amazing! It actually had ice cream and toppings!!! Not sure all the workers names, but it was 7/5/22 -9:30 pm. Thank you!!
I walked in after a rough day for an ice cream. I was greeted by Kayla (manager) who gave off so much positivity. I was served by Angela, quick friendly and an absolutely joy. I watched her do her job with such joy that I was slightly envious of the job I have. My ice cream was spot on (thanks Marquissa). I ate the whole thing, and I rarely do so. In the end, I walked out feeling better than I walked in.
Had a very unpleasant experience. Our waitress Tiffany was extremely rude and blatantly talked bad about our table and what we ordered to the guests sitting next to us. She made a comment about us all ordering “a very large Sunday for each of us.” Made us feel very uncomfortable, there’s no reason for a waitress to make you feel bad for what you ordered. Rudest waitress I’ve ever had, very disappointed.
I used door dash to order a chicken BBQ melt and a sundae..the sundae is the only thing that showed up. I called friendlys and the manager herself drove it to me! The food was delicious and still hot and the sundae was great! What great people that work there..willing to go above and beyond!
Fish fry take out was fantastic!!!! Service was supper. I only wish I'd thought of bringing home a hot fudge Sunday. Thank you managers. Robin and Chris for being soon nice.
I was very disappointed; this was the first time I had been in back several months. I had hoped things would have improved, but they have not. This time I had my son. Just like last time the service was awful, we were ignored. They took my order and came only once to check on us during the 1hr 30min visit. Our order got put in at 6:48pm and we weren't served until 7:30. If it wasn't for a kind person who told the waitress my son was hungry, it may have taken even longer to get food. She brought his food over, apologized, and said that after they put my order in, they got swamped with take out orders, which I understand are just as important. I am sorry, but I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes for grilled cheese, fries, and a sandwich. They were more focused on the take out orders instead of the orders in the restaurant. I had to wait for my meal even after we got the kids' meal. Even my meal was okay, you could tell it was made in a rush and not even hot. I won't be returning again anytime soon.
Don't try to go for breakfast, because they're not serving it. It's really, really sad to see just how far this restaurant has fallen. I miss the old days when Friendly's had fantastic food. ?
Samra was our waitress tonight and was very helpful and attentive! She was also very friendly and knowledgeable! Food came out very fast! Very happy with our experience
We were in town for my nieces Gymnastics Competition and we stopped here after, as it’s been years since we visited a Friendly’s. Dakota was our waiter and appeared to be the only waiter and it was steady. Still, everything was great from his service to the food. He was very attentive, super friendly and went above and beyond, regardless of how many tables he had. Would definitely stop here again when in town. You rock!
I literally asked if they sold lava cakes here and they stated yes. I ordered 2 lava cakes and what I received was NOT lava cakes. I received 2 red velvet cakes with no warm chocolate in the middle. They put Reese’s pieces all over my lava cakes?? Who puts peanut butter on a lava cake…so disappointing and overpriced.
