100% chance they get your order wrong every time. Doesnt have to be a hard order either but they are going to get it wrong.

It was very difficult to get an order placed. Seemed that the server wasn't sure what to do. No one inside and it took quite a while for the order and delivery. After I received everything while driving home the coffee spilled on my lap as the lid wasn't on correctly. I guess I should have double checked it. Not a good experience.
I went in to have a late and egg white sandwich with my wife at 1245 on Saturday the customer service in this location is horrible there are 5 people on drive through and one on the register the girl on the register has to go away with a line behind me to make drinks for her last customer everyone waits she is so stressed out not a hello or thank you or any eye contact for the walk in customers I went back up for a coffee refill and she waked by me 3 times nobody else even stepped up to help I sat back down and left with my wife I will never go there again Give them all a raise they certainly do not deserve what you are paying them now 1 star is overly generous
Well I ordered a iced coffee with 4 cream 4 sugar and 5 hazelnut swirl. But they never stir it like it should be done and everything sits right at the bottom of the cup and didn't taste nothing like I ordered
I ordered a carmel coffee with extra carmel and they gave me a frozen hot chocolate with extra chocolate. I was in a rush so I ended up throwing it away. They didnt give me my receipt either.
