I'm done with this Dunkin. Placed my order on the app. Waited in the center line of Burrstone Road to be able to get into the parking lot drive thru line. Almost two minutes between orders being taken. Took 15 minutes to get to the window, only to get half of my order. No apologies for the wait, not even a mention of it taking so long. This isn't the first bad experience here, but it will surely be the last.
This morning I sat in line inside for 10 minutes with one person in front of me just getting a coffee. The woman behind the counter was moving as if she couldn’t care less about her job. Slow, no expression, no greeting. Took me 5 minutes to get a coffee after waiting the 10. This woman was literally moving so slow I almost walked out. By the time I ordered there were 6 more people in line. I believe it was the manager who tried to get help to the front by yelling “we need help up here”, but to no avail. So for her effort, I give it a two star rating rather than 1. This seems to be a problem at many of the stores in the area. So, get employees who want to work, or get managers who are willing to light fires under their employees when they stop caring. If they can’t, then fire them.Then I went to leave a review by scanning the QR code on the door. In that, it asks you for your store number which is either on the door or the receipt. I didn’t get the number from the door (why would I, you would think the code would have it linked, but I can take responsibility for not getting it) and realized that I wasn’t given a receipt when I got to my destination. The line for the drive through was out to Burrstone Rd with cars waiting in traffic. Even after my 15 minutes inside, the cars had only moved 1 or 2 spots ahead in line. I as I am sure it is with others frequent these places to be in and out. When you deal with employees who could care less and show it blatantly, I hurts the store. Not that one person matters, but I will think twice about visiting any Dunkin in the area.
To small a location for such a large population of customers. Waited 20 minutes inside line, while cars were stretched out into the Street. Inside, 3 lines formed all the way to the door. Those waiting to get to the counter, those waiting for sandwiches ordered and those picking up deliveries. All employees working hard, but absolutely No Time for proper customer service.
This Dunkin' is on Burrstone Rd, New Hartford. A friend treated me to a decaf, no sweetener, french vanilla cream coffee and a small hash browns. Both were delicious! Wait time was not bad at the drive thru either, and the person taking our order was helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions.
Coffe is good but too slow in the morning due to the lack of employees
Went through the drive thru... sat and waited. No one answered to take my order. So I drove up to the window, waited... two women walked by, Neither acknowledged me being there. Wasnt busy at all.Think I'll avoid coming to this one again.
I waited at the counter for about a minute. Then came the store manager Brian to take my order. He didn’t look at me nor say a word. So I said “Hi! How are you?” and he literally shrugged his shoulders. What a poor representation of the company as a GM. He handed me my receipt without saying nothing again. His attitude was awful and I will never come to this Dunkin’ again. However his attitude does not reflex the others working there. They were working hard and fast. I know I would never want to work for a GM like that, what a poor leader.
Bri was great... Very polite, friendly, and made my coffee beautifully... Tasted wonderful!
Had the most horrible experience! Me n my husband patiently waited at the counter for 15 mins and exclaimed ‘excuse me, anyone there?’ at least 4 times and it went unanswered each time! There were atleast 3 employees I could see, standing at a distance of 2 feet from us. None of them cared to look in our direction and continued their conversation. Then one of the employees who was cleaning up the place came right in front of us and still ignored us! Looks like they are not interested in serving customers.
Really Bad experience !Went there to get some coffee and snack. I was waiting on the counter for like 5-6 minutes but no body came to take my order. The store guys were present and were aware that i was standing there but they didn't really care. There was a guy mopping the floor looking sheepishly at me, but didn't bothered to ask us or let his other subordinates know. Funny part was that as soon as i left the guy came for mopping at counter area. The girl with headphones was knowing ignoring ignoring me.I wanted to give no start here but had to give one star so that i can write review.
