Love Chipotle food. Quesadillas are usually seasoned perfect and are one of my fav things to eat period. Ingredients are typically fresh & I've never had a bad meal from there. But this location sometimes.... there's a couple of the staff who just have the worst attitudes ever. Just amazingly rude. & God forbid it's your first time or you're not that familiar with the options; because depending such worker you get, you get rushed into decisions and treated like you're dumb for hesitating or asking questions (like my 10yr old was treated her first time there). Line is usually out the door, & if you think you're going to save time ordering ahead for pick up, think again. Pick ups are usually at the least 30 mins behind. There's one young guy who's really nice & is about the only one honestly.
To start off, I love Chipotle. Whenever I'm in a hurry, it is the first place where I go. But today I had a meeting at 6:10 and placed a pickup order for 5:20. Upon arriving, the pickup order I placed, the line was long (which was fine). However, the line did not change in the 30 minutes I was there, while the line from the door went through 7 times while I was there. They were not calling any names out to clarify if any orders were ready. It got to the point where I had to leave to get to the meeting, and my family member couldn't get the food until 7:00. If you are coming to stay for a while and eat there it is fine, but if you are in a hurry, do not use the mobile app for a pickup oder.
What you’d expect from a Chipotle. Service was good, food was good, and the place was clean. Was an early lunch and the place was fairly quiet.
We can't have enough !!!
The food tasted okay but the restaurant is literally never clean. It always looks like a hurricane ran through it. The toppings bar is always super messy as well, which is a total turn off to their food when the station where your food is being prepared is dirty.
Fast service, open when they say they are, good quality food. Now if only the other Chipotles in New England could figure out how to do their jobs again Id be all set!
I really like Chipotle. It's like a more expensive version of Moe's Southwestern Grill. It also has much less selection than Moe's. That doesn't mean I like it any less though the ingredients are fresh and it's super easy to order. If you are with someone that can never decide what to get, this makes it easy. I wasn't pleased to see that they charged me an extra $2.55 for a spoon of guacamole on my burrito though.
This store is the worst. They are constantly closing before their posted time. Only location in the Utica area.
1st time I went there and it's not a good impression for not only the establishment there but for a first tike customer and for the company to put it in a small small venue especially when you have alot of people and not enough seats to seat all the people to come in without sitting next to absolute strangers. Not only that you put people that whisper to the customer behind the counter, you don't have a menu or signs stating what all you have back there on the counter and it's kinda hard to tell what half the stuff behind the counter is especially to people who are not familiar with such mexican cuisine. I will admit the "tofu" and queso burrito I got was alright but I might have gotten more had I know what anything on the counter was and what the employees where saying when they where whispering to me. And on another note your establishment should not exist in such a small venue, chipotle is more than capable of paying for a way bigger venue or making their own building and not a 40 foot by 10 foot dinky little venue. Thank you chipotle for reading this and not doing anything about it, we all know you're one of those fast food franchises that will do nothing with customer feedback.
Steak Quesadilla with lime rice and pinto beans on the side costs $11.15…Kind of a rip off. It costs as much for a whole bowl!
