Went the the Seneca Turnpike location today for lunch with my dad. The top ketchup came from the dispenser the bottom from a packet. The top was thin and clearly watered down. It tasted like water with a drop or two of tomato juice. They must really be desperate to cut costs if they are diluting the ketchup. The jalapeño king my dad I got was decent but at a total of 22 and change for two sandwiches to get watered down ketchup is a slap in the face.Edit: Don't eat there often but the few times I've gone it has been much improved.
Very disappointed that they are no longer offering the Whopper special which had two Whoppers, two fries and two drinks. Now it's a really bad fish sandwich or a chicken sandwich. Don't waste your time or money.
Great Burger King location. I stopped in for a late bite to eat and it was great. The only reason I deducted one star was because the pump ketchup was way too runny. It just pooled like water.
Good, but they accidentally gave me wrong order in delivery thru. But it was lunch hour and very chaotic.
My FAVORITE Burger King restaurant in the central New York area! I eat at the New Hartford BK at least 5 times a week, no lie!! The customer service is fantastic, and my meal is correct every time! BTW...the Breakfast ham/egg/cheese croissanwich is to die for!! My whole family loves them!! Again...this BK is awesome! I just finished a nice hot Whopper with extra mayo, lettuce, and onion...Yummy!! New Hartford Burger King...you rock!! You all deserve a raise!
Went through the drive thru, woman was very rude. Mad that I had coupons. But didn’t give me the discount with my coupons, and no receipt. Wouldn’t tell me her name. Very poor service this time. Will be calling the manager in the morning.
Received my order prepared wrong & when I brought it back, the manager said I’d have to pay for my order again because they wrote it down incorrectly, even though it was their mistake & I could’ve gotten sick if I hadn’t noticed in time (I order the exact same thing every time due to health complications.) This same manager seemed to talk down to two of the employees for no good reason. She also would not honor the coupons my friend presented even though the coupons applied to the location & were not expired.
I had to grab something quick and I ordered the spicy ch’king deluxe sandwich with extra sauce I gave Burger King in New Hartford NY five stars because it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from fast food restaurant. The chicken was thick, crispy , and hot . We’ve traveled out to Chick-fil-A just for their sandwiches and they are ch’king is hands-down better.
Good food. Hot fries. We ordered take out. It was fast and efficient.
Got rushed when I was ordering and then they forgot the sandwich that I was told that they were waiting for. Forgot other things in my order. Called and got hung up on by an employee . Wouldn't recommend to anyone of you want the food you order.
