Ribs were great. Don't normally compare, but you put Roadhouse to shame with them ribs. I will be back soon
I've been here a few times now and we've had a great experience. Amazing food quality, amazing service every time from the same waitress (Alexis) so thank you for your amazing work and outstanding performance overall.I just finished dinner for my 16th birthday and I'm very happy about the service. We enjoyed our visit there. Staff members were happy to provide awesome service and the food was as always hot, pleasing to the eye and stomach.
Our server Melissa said it was her 3rd day well, you couldn't tell! She was amazing!! Food came out timely and hot. Definitely will be back.

Club sandwich was packed with ham and turkey. French fries were fresh.Server Kali was very friendly and very responsive.
Can't go wrong with their burgers, plus they still have a quick draw.
We have been to this Applebee's many times. Normally, we have no issues. However, even though the food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the customer service was horrible. The waiter, Steve, was not professional. He tried to be funny, but came across more rude and unprofessional than anything. He was telling customers that he didnt care if they left, it wouldn't hurt him, there is a burger king down the street. I'm sorry but that is not okay. Plus he dropped a hunch of silverware, picked them up and set them where the clean silverware go instead of taking them back to the diahwasher. Gross! Unsanitary! The way he spoke to co-workers was inappropriate! He was supposed to be training a new employee. Yeah right! Good luck with that one! There was another family who sat near us and their food was not cooked correctly, and one person never got her food! Like come on people! I am very disappointed in the service here today. I love Applebee's, but next time we will be spending our money at a different location.
The staff are cordial and the food is good in general. I think its better than the north Utica Applebee's. The times I've used the curbside pickup, the food has been on time which is a plus.
