This location is trash. I ordered a Southwest Avocado salad and received the following:-Brown guac-A single strip of baconThe location is old and outdated.
Absolutely horrible wait time at 9 on a Friday. Can't go inside to order. Drive thru line 10 cars deep moving at a snails pace. Step your game up. Unreal.
Waited almost ten minutes for them to take order at drive thru...and then more to get our food at window. Normally wouldn't wait but we were making a five hour drive. Line wasn't busy at all. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich which was terrible. Instead of the patty, three dry chicken tenders were placed on a dry bun with hardly any Mayo. Also, asked for extra lettuce and tomato and did not get it. Our burgers were warm, not hot, and sloppily thrown together. My kids sweet and sour sauce had a hole poked in it...looked like it was punctured by a long fingernail. We were not happy with this Wendy's, sad to say. Avoid this location!
Was pretty disappointed, got the Baconator with slider patties on it. Looked nothing like the picture. Prices go up, and you get alot less.. felt ripped off. I won't be back. You get more meat on a McDonald's happy meal!
Horrible customer service . The girl Cassandra heavy set with pink braids is horrible. She needs training in customer service or to be replaced . Management has to be really bad smh.
I get mixed quality from the Dolson location. I think they've ignored my request for no ice in my drink more often than they've fulfilled it. Before I discovered the Freestyle options in the app, I selected unsweetened tea as my drink in the app and told them at the window what I actually wanted (sweet tea) - once I heard an employee arguing with the other employee about "if he wanted sweet tea, why didn't he select it in the app! It makes no sense!". Some of the employees are very sweet and crank out orders quickly and they're great, but overall the experience is a mixed bag.

I come through often and the staff is usually great.
Waited on the drive thru line for over 15 minutes to place an order and another 20 minutes after that before I decided to just leave. There was 1 customer inside the store and 2 cars ahead of me. Horrible service.
Food, great. Drive through, slow.
