I am not sure what is going on with this place?! it's horrible. Service is horrible. attitudes are horrible. the only bright light in this place is Corey who wasn't even our server but we watched from a distance and he was amazing.
This place has some incredibly friendly servers and bartenders. I stop here quite often since it’s a good midway point on my commute. However, it would get 5 stars if the cooks could cook steak. I always order a rare whiskey glaze steak. I always get well done instead and then I’m the jerk sending back a steak. They have no concept of meat temps. I can get ordering rare and getting medium rare or medium…but every time…well done. They need to either educate their cooks or get some new ones. The chef was at least nice to come out and apologize for the line cooks. So 5 stars for the service and about 1 for the line cooks.
better service when u waiting to be served your food it's unacceptable you have to wait almost 45 minutes for a plate of food and it's so bad mangers have to help in the kitchen unbelievable

One star is generous, I would give zero stars but I will not let me. First I called ahead and was informed that the wait time would be 30 min for my party of 10. When I arrived I was told that I did not call and the wait would be another 45 minutes by an individual with absolutely no tact. I paced my name on list again reluctantly and was seated 1 hour and 32 minutes later in a restaurant that was near empty. 25 minutes later a waitor arrived to get our order 10 minutes later most drinks came and remaining came a few minutes later. Food came quick I guess it doesn't take much time for inexperienced cooks to burn food without adding any flavor. Waitress came back one other time to check on us. I would say I used to enjoy eating at Fridays but this location was trash..... Any other place would have been a better choice. They don't want to be bothered so you should take your business elsewhere.
Went to Friday’s today for dinner with my lady and I and had a great experience.Waiter Corey and waitress RO we’re very polite and great customer service and showed us all the specials they had. We will definitely be back. They definitely made up for our first experience! Thanks guys
Great food! Haven't been to a TGI's in forever, they really stepped up thete game. Ordered the Chicken and Cheese with mashed potatoes and the Whisky glazed chicken with broccoli. Food was delicious!
Our family were told 45 minute wait. Over an hour later we checked back in and were told someone updated the system, that's why they never texted us to be seated. We were seated and sat for another half hour, without any service. If someone at least said hey we will be with you but inattentive Thank you for wasting my time tonight
When we arrived at Friday's we were not greeted by the host. Instead they're backs were turned to us. We were seated near the bar. Which the room was completely empty. Our waitress came to take our order for drinks and appetizers. We ordered a root beer and a cotton candy cosmo with wings. Our drinks took 10 minutes and we waited over 30 minutes for the wings. We were going to order another app but the waitress quickly rushed off. Our food took over an hour to get by then the cosmo was gone. I asked for a sprite and waited another 10 minutes. Then we waited again for boxes and our order to go. And still waited another 30 minutes just for our check.We will never sit in the bar area again due to the lack of service.The only thing that was good was the food but then again they did forget to make the whiskey burger to go with the whisky sauce.
The service was horrible. My family waited an hour to be served and once the food came it was cold and disgusting… would never come here again…the worst TGIF I’ve been to . The wings were super dry . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS PLACE !!
