Food is excellent but when I read "hand cut" fries that is was I expected. Not frozen over fried fries that are greasy and soggy. And they're all stuck together
What a great place, excellent atmosphere. Really good food (especially the quesadilla), a great selection of drinks! Highly recommended it. My bar tender/waitress was awesome, Mikaela was very pleasant and new her away around the bar. Will definitely return
This place offers some of the best wings I've ever eaten. Honey siracha is usually the best in my opinion. Hot and Mild are a classic flavor. (breaded is how I have them)Service gets a 9/10Staff is very friendly and very helpful.Food is very consistent.Overall menu is great, craft beer selection is solid. Prices are very fair.Would rank this is my top 5 spots in Orange County ?
I’ve been coming here for about 3 years for trivia and karaoke. Staff is always personable and attentive, plenty of good cocktails, and a great selection of drinks on tap. Brunch has bottomless mimosas and they let you order from their regular lunch menu during brunch which is great. The menu hasn’t changed too much through the years but food is amazing! Lastly (the reason for this review) they now have daily specials which I really enjoy and hope they keep around ?
Great food. Very loud for our lunch; should have sat downstairs. Great atmosphere. Our waiter was awesome! Biker friendly! US Military Vets MC, Hudson valley chapter
Best wings in the area by far. A bit expensive but worth it! I love how the crew can wear whatever they want! From the wigs to the 80s pajamas I see the girl wears. Lots of stairs but I’m too strong and I can handle it with little to no struggle. Great IPA selection. Can’t wait to go back and tear up some wings and cauliflower.
Save your money and make yourself something at home. I never complain but this was an awful experience. They even scammed us on our receipt. The service was awful. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table and they took an hour and 10 minutes to come. And only 2 of them came. We had to get 4 waiters to check for us.Then, our entrees came one at a time in sporadic orders with 10-15 mins in between. So we didnt eat together at all. We were here for 2 hours and 45 minutes plus.ON TOP OF THIS, the food was disgusting. The steak literally was so well done it looked like a lamb chop. I wish I had a photo, it was literally leather. The bread of the turkey burger was stale and rock hard. The veggie burger itself was burnt.THEY ALSO CHARGED US FOR 3 THINGS WE DIDNT GET hoping we wouldnt notice.
Karaoke night was so much fun but the staff is really what has me coming back this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard and very attentive !! It is also very busy at this location on a Friday night I know how hard it can get sometimes (fellow Bartender ) but let me tell ya, this staff is the best!!! It was a great time eating delicious food great service and very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very rustic style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great! Thank you to Tiff ,Julie and briana for such a wonderful evening
Clearly amazing food as u can see we went to work lol.. Great vibes, amazing staff and VERY tentative to your requests and needs.. Definitely would recommend!!!!
Ignore the negative reviews from migrating city-folk thinking they are still in Brooklyn(go back, please). Tapped is a home town staple in Orange County. While the wait can be longer than other pubs some nights, it's not something to be negative about. The people who work there and frequent it will make you feel at home, especially the bartender Paul. Never an empty glass on his watch, as he pours drinks like a barman's barman. Not to mention the Irish charm that makes you feel at home. The food is standard American pub faire, with some standout options, including the braised short rib sandwich and the steak or shrimp tacos. The brussel sprouts are to die for, and should never be skipped... ever.Weekend Brunch is super popular here(not my cup of tea), but the bottomless mimosas call out the hipsters in full force, at least bringing in some fun people watching experiences for those not expecting a packed house at during an early weekend lunch.Easy parking, great events like trivia and karaoke, and an all around great experience if you're willing to be open minded about the occasional longer wait every now and then when it gets busy. If you grew up knowing nothing but instant gratification, there are numerous fast food options down 211.All in all... it's one of my favorite spots, and a place I can call "my bar" when I need a strong drink and a good night out.
