I had a terrible experience in the Dolson Ave location. I went inside said Hello to the waiter and he looked at me in disgust. I proceeded to order my sandwhich and when I got to the veggies section I asked him to please put a lot of lettuce since my last visit he only put a little. Then I asked him for extra onions and he yelled at me asking why am I asking for a lot. He grabbed the ENTIRE lettuce and yelled “Is this enough for you, do you want it in a bag.” At that point I was ready to walk out because I felt very disrespected. When I proceeded to pay he said next time I go over there to bring my own bag so he can fill it with lettuce. Everytime I go there he is rude and disrespectful. It’s the only location close to me and on google people are stating the same. I don’t know his name but he is a medium size darker skin older man with black bottom teeth. I pay for my food and I just take 3 minutes out of his day and he shouldn’t disrepect a customer especially since I wasn’t rude to him at all.
Ordered a sandwich and the worker cleaned the cutting board off by pushing chicken back into the “clean” chicken instead of pushing it into the trash.Immediately cancelled my order.
I went to Subway so disappointed in the service. They left off 2 meats on the Italian mix.What was there was less than minimal They did not want to honor the discount
Very rude guy behind the counter. Ingredients were stale. One of the worst subway experiences of my life. Please stay away and do not get ripped off.
This Subway went downhill ever since the owner changed. Not only are they rude, they don't take the franchise coupons. I'm NEVER going back.
They are stingy with everything here, they also hide seasoning so that the customer doesn’t see it and ask for it! There also very rude and unprofessional, don’t go to this subway.
Worst sandwich ever today 11/3/21. Had a southwest wrap with hardly anything on it. NOT just not enough meat but hardly any lettuce, two tomato slices, skimped on everything. Usually I can't finish it and take half home. Not even enough for lunch. 1/4 of wrap leftover empty. No receipt to fill an official complaint.
Not only rude, but they dont wear a mask, beeathing all over your food. Not good
