Over 15 min wait for poorly executed beverages and was treated to a view of overflowing garbage. The location had plenty of staff, 5 people working yet many were waiting for drinks as the employees ran around with ingredients spread out all which looked very inefficient. Been to many Starbucks all over the world including the original in Seattle, this has got to be the worst one I’ve seen in terms of being maintained properly.

I would have given this store a rating of 1 if that was an option here.Went to drive thru 4/11, ordered iced vanilla chai latte with half and half. Drove off, tasted it and there was no sweet to it...tasted like water. Walked inside to let them know my drink wasn't made right. The woman - (wearing a black medical brace of some kind on her wrist, the left one I believe) acting like the manager immediately wanted to know if I asked for it to be sweet. I told her I ordered this drink at other locations and never had to say any of that. She said another person would make me another drink. After wating for over 10 mins, nothing..so I asked who is making my drink, Same woman acting like the manager (dont know if she was), snapped at me to say the tea takes more than 5 mins to brew. Long story short, they are all rude and dismissive. Not once did any of the 4 people behind the counter offer an apology for their screw up. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! For the record I just (4/12/22) ordered the same drink in NYC and never had to answer any questions as to how I wanted them to make it. Thought they all had the same recipe!
Everyone of their baristas is super friendly and accommodating! Quick turn around on your order! Love this Starbucks!!

Did a quick stop around 4-5pm today (12/4) to get my drink before my 21/2hr drive back to bk. The place was big and nice. Staff were efficient, Specially the guy whos working by the drive thru window, he seems friendly and Cute, we did exchange few glances (hope u see this), but i got shy. i wish i would’ve just went to the drive thru. Overall its a nice location to check out and chyll.
Place my order thru app and it is ready when I arrive. Shea is the best!
