We have not ever been able to order and leave in less than 15 minutes. The last 2 times the milk they used in our order was wrong and it caused an upset stomach, which didn't happen at the other 2 locations in Middletown.
They never are consistent. I always ask for a quad with my order, and they seldom complete the order accurately. Too much talking amongst the distracted workers.
LOVE this Starbucks. The service is always great. They are extremely helpful, extremely polite, and they always all smile. They make you feel very welcome. Always a great experience
Baristas are always nice and friendly despite how busy they always are. Never had a messed up drink. My go to store.
This Starbucks has the best customer service! The drive thru line always moves fast, and they write inspiring messages on you’re coffee to make your day. Always greeted with a smile and if you’re an every day customer like me they have your order memorized the second you get up to the window. Also Ashley makes the best coffee. :)
