Tried sonic since in other states I’ve had great experiences. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Tried to pay at the carhop, the card reader was broken, the woman brought out the food and then took my card to pay inside. Waited 45 minutes, no answer, no answer when I pushed the button, no answer to multiple phone calls to the store, finally walked in to be told my card “didn’t work” but asked for my card back and it took 15 minutes to “find” it. Went back to my car to get cash, come back in to the “manager” not even acknowledging me as a person but taking the cash from my hand and someone completely different coming back with the change, since inside there isn’t someone to order at and you have to knock on the kitchen door for service. Finally get my change and leave, eat the food and ended up violently ill. Worst experience ever.
If I could give this 0 stars I would, first you walk in to a warm lobby and a disgustingly sticky floor, you have to knock on the door to get service… ordered a #3 no tomato.. when I received my order; the burger, had tomato on it and as I was taking the tomato off I noticed 3 hairs sticking out of the side.. after I showed the girl at the counter she immediately said “not me” and yelled kitchen… another associate came from the back, and asked what happened.. I told her, and proceeded to explain I’d like my money back.. the associate said she couldn’t do that since her manager wasnt there.. I asked her to call the manager, as she rolled her eyes she proceeded to do so. She hangs up and gives my my money back just for the burger. I explained that wasn’t what I paid for the meal. She said I was only getting a refund because I ate the rest(which I didn’t because I immediately threw it out after showing the first associate..)disgruntled she calls backs and said he is only giving you the money back for the burger and that’s it (not even sure she really called back).. I told her to check the garbage because I didn’t eat it. She said couldn’t give me the rest of my money back so I told her to give me the rest of my order. Out of sheer principle I wanted the rest of the order. Without eating a bite I threw it out.Not happy at all with the service of this place. Unprofessional, immature and not clean. 5 guys is just down the road and is a better alternative.
I’m a big fan of this place but I went in today after ordering on the app, and parked and waited in a stall. The drive thru was busy so I was patient, but I ended up waiting a half hour, pressed the button to speak to someone and never got a response. The drive thru line was around the building when I arrived and I watched every single car in line get their food without being acknowledged. After over 40 minutes I finally go inside and get told my order will be brought out. 5 minutes later someone comes out with my milkshake and float and says my food is being made now. That’s after almost an hour of waiting. I was told someone was supposed to be on car hop but wasn’t doing what they were supposed to. She was nice and felt bad and I know it wasn’t her fault, but it’s just inexcusable. I wish there was a way I could have just canceled my order at that point. The food finally came out about 10 minutes later but I think it’s safe to say I won’t be back for a while

I been trying to get a sonic blast for the last two months around the evening and it funny how every time around the same time they are cleaning the machine. So if their is an issue have a sign up or if you’re to lazy to want to make one then this staff should be fired. Whatever!!!! Who ever is the manager there you doing an “excellent” job.
Store is run by thieves. They charge you for items and then refuse to give them to you or give you a refund. Unacceptable.
By far the worst experience.Ordered a RT44 Sweet tea at 10:45am through the mobile app. I got yo the store at 10:50am and no one was there. No one was answering the phones. All off the outside garbage cans were overflowing.There were NO times posted on the doors or windows. About 2 hours later I called and a girl answered and said to come on down and she would give me the tea and said the employees all showed up late.Upon entering the establishment,there was no one working in the lobby. I seen a sign to ring the bell for service. I did that and waited about 3 minutes before opening the door that said employees only and yelled. Finally someone came but they were just rude.The inside of the restaurant was disgusting dirty and trash everywhere. The windows were filthy.And they had a sign on the menu that said prices are not accurate. How can the sonic franchise allow this. With the sonics In Florida, I have never had this experience. I will never return to this disgusting establishment
I'm legitimately surprised this place has the rating it has. I have had nothing but issues here. The drive through it horrifically slow every single time i go there. 2 times in a row I've tried to order via grubhub and both times the "tablet" was out of order, but wasn't made aware until 45 mins after the order had been placed. The cherry on top is I volunteered myself as tribute to go through the drive through today, and they are accepting cash only and the ice cream machine is being cleaned. At 6 PM. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money and go someplace reliable.
last 2 times we have come has been the most ridiculous wait I have ever delt with, from someone taking the order at the speaker to wait at the actual window before someone even looks at you. each time has taken at least a half a hour and that's not being dramatic.
It's 8:37 PM. After sitting at the stall for a few minutes, a woman tells us that the stalls are closed, drive through only. We get in line for the drive through, then a woman tells us drinks only. No ice cream, no food. I asked why we weren't told that at the stall, the reply was "Well we're closing." So I said ya, at 9, right? She says yes, so I said I'd like some ice cream. Then the woman again says we're closing, we don't have ice cream.
