They changed their recipes for their salad dressings, I had the bleu cheese and my Wife had the honey mustard, they were both horrible, unlike what they used to be (they were actually excellent awhile back)! Over $3 for a bottle of water, compared to other restaurants in the area who charge $2 even! If you purchase the unlimited salad bar and unlimited soda, it cost $5 even! If you went for just the salad bar, they wanted to charge $5.99! That’s insane! All that compiled with higher prices and smaller portions, makes this place a definite (never eat dinner there again) establishment!
Always a great salad and their NY cheesecake is the best
Worst service ever! It took the waitress more than half an hour to get our food. Meanwhile, she didn't even check on us. I had to ask her for our food and when she brought it out, it was cold! Clearly, it was sitting there! And to top it off, the food was trash! Their rice tastes and smells like someone sprayed it with windex, the overpriced salmon that I ordered was murdered on the plate! Disgusting! I would not recommend at all!

Sometimes you get a staff member that loves what they are doing, other times you can tell they are no to kind.. last visit was. Awesome at the bar with salad bar and hot Wings everything was perfect.
Server was polite but not attentive. My son's food was prepared incorrectly, the server was nice and asked about it, when told it was wrong she brought it back to the kitchen. The manager then comes out with the plate of food and an attitude askingbus how it was incorrect. It took three times of telling her absolutely no honey was to be on the sandwich. A little while later he gets a new plate of food, and now not only is there no honey, but there was no bbq sauce, and no queso sauce either. That was the last time we saw our server. No offer for drink refills, no offer for dessert, finally flagged her down for the check. Then after sitting for a substantial amount of time waiting to pay we take our check upfront. There we are told to go sit back down and pay at the table, thats when I finally got irritated and said no, we waited long enough and want to pay so we can leave. Again the manager comes up, takes the check and hunts down the server. You can tell there is not one person there that enjoys their job and it is reflected in customer service. The salad bar was nearly empty of food, dirty, and not one dressing was edible. I was shocked to see this at the peak of dinner hours on a Saturday. Times are tough on all of us, try not to let personal issues among staff let your customers feel like an inconvenience.
I have always thought highly of Ruby Tues. . Would say it was always extremely clean, good food and quality staff.Unfortunately thats not my opinion this time.Understand it can be busy but to not only tell me my order wasn't even started or that I had to wait another 15 min on a order is one thing.To go back in the kitchen talk loudly about a customer is unacceptable.The Rude Staff member made sure that I'd have to wait even longer.I just walked out, something I rarely would do.It's a business not a high school study hall.Employees like that lose a place money & reputation.Not exactly hospitality .There's alot of competition in that area.
Ribs were very good. We had leftovers for next day dinner and of course we had BOGO coupon. ( You have to sign up for the email).

I don't like to leave reviews or negative reviews specifically but in all of my years being alive I don't think I've ever had such a negative experience at a restauraunt. Growing up I came here all the time. Now after covid I don't plan to ever come back. To start every single salad bar plate was filthy dirty. Oily, stained, one even was covered in ketchup which I stuck my hand into. That's when I should have left. I went on to order the Rib Eye which came out unimpressive. The steak was frozen, chewy, undercooked, and flavorless. The zucchini was salty beyond beleif. The mashed potatoes were clearly once freezer burnt. While I didn't send my food back I wish I had so I wouldn't have left feeling sick to my stomach. The one thing that carried the meal was our incredible waiter. She was the only waiter who was working doing every single table who all were sending their food back.
