I recently planned an employee outing at Quinnz Pinz and I could not be happier with the results. Jamie and her staff were absolutely wonderful. A comfortable and friendly environment.Pizza, wings, and bowling turned out to be great fun for a company mixer. I absolutely look forward to working with Jamie and staff again.
Its very neat and very clean. A lot of things to do along with bowling. Arcade, escape rooms, plenty of food options. Great deals and opportunities for kids and families to bowl. They also get involved woth their community a lot too. Would rate it higher but sometimes the associates are rude and standoff-ish.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! every single person has an attitude, noone is there to actually help you. You pay to have a good time, doesn't matter what day of the week not one person is actually standing at ANY counter to help/greet you. Good luck walking around aimlessly looking for assistance.
really nice place $50 for 2h game and 3 ppl really nice could use a few touchups on the bowling lanes, over all a really good place nice staff and bartenders, would go again and would recommend to a friend.
I had a great time, but I owe most of it to the person I was with. The building is pretty newly renovated it seems, but there are quite a few things that don't really make sense.. Most of the arcade games just don't work (let you pay, but end up not working), the website does not load, you can reserve a lane beforehand, but there isn't anyone at the front desk to check you in (had to search for them after 10+ minutes), and maybe it was just the lane we had, but the scores kept getting messed up, and the lane wouldn't reset properly (the owner did warn us about this though!). Overall, I am giving a 4/5 because even though some things didn't work, and it wasn't as seamless of a process as I'd hope for the $40 we spent on the games/shoes alone, at the end of the day it's a bowling alley- and compared to MANY other bowling allies, this one is the best. The owner is extremely nice, and the bartender makes great drinks.I am not sure when I would, or if I would return to this alley, but I definitely recommend coming here if you ever have an urge to bowl. They seem to have deals going on all the time, and the owner alone will make your night (at least... I am assuming she was the owner, if she isn't, she definitely needs a raise)
Didn't like that I paid $16 a person for an hr. We had 6 people and we barely made it through one game. It was ridiculous thank God we didn't order food or we wouldn't of even finished one game. Use to have a good time here. Definitely was disappointed.

Asked the bartender for a water. She didn't say a word. Just pointed for me to turn around and walk away. Once I walked away I realized she was pointing across the room to a half empty used water pitcher from another party for me to go serve myself some old water that's been sitting out. I mean I've never seen something like that before. She was holding an empty plastic cup in her hand but preferred for me to go pour myself some warm water from this used pitcher. I left
Super fun!!! Food is surprisingly good for a bowling alley. Great DJ & karaoke on Sat nights.
Discriminated, not treated well w/ what i prepaid & such a bad attitude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! I was willing to pay whatever needed to be paid and she just didn’t care. No one ever answers the phone If you call.
