I placed an order for delivery and on the app indicated that the delivery was out for delivery. And I should have hot pizza in the next 25-35 min. One hour later, still no delivery. So I called the store to get an update and why was it taking so long, when the app was showing that I should've had hot pizza 30 min ago. After speaking to representative the assistant store manager got on the line and try to explain the reason. She informed me that the order was still at the store and was waiting for a door dash driver to pick up the order, since the store dosent have thier own delivery driver. Understood but why was the order showing out for delivery on the app. She could not give me a straight answer. She futher explained that I had to continue waiting and had to estimated time of delivery. After waiting an additional 30 min, I called back and cancelled the order. Further more, the store manager could not even assist me with a proper refund. I was informed to call next day to arrange that with the store manager, since I paid online. Sorry to say, I wish I could rate these location better but my experience was not pleasant.
This was at the middletown, NY store on RT. 211.... i walked into the store to place an order and no one was at the register. i stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to the register. so i as i was standing there i placed my order online in the app and paid for it and sat down to wait. it was another 2 minutes before someone came out and then asked to help me, at which time i told them i was standing there so long i placed my order online
I placed my order at 12:30 for pick up at 5:30. when I got there they still hadn't put it in the oven. I didn't get my pizza until 6:05. Not to mention the pizzas were very poorly made and a big disappointment. Go here if you don't value your time or your money and if you don't care what your pizza looks or tastes like.
Food is excellent, but I think we should be able to eat in the local is big enough to have at least 3 or 4 tables, looks like they just don't want to attend and serve people, all restaurants are back normal but this
Pizza Huts you don’t see them around as much anymore and it’s disappointing if I had the option of changing that around I would in a heart beat anyways this Pizza Hut will rock your world so much flavor on there top three foods here those three are the cheese pizza the pepperoni pizza and the barbecue wings I haven’t had one bad experience at this place the food is right on point and that’s why I’m giving this place five stars they earned it high respects to you Pizza Hut
This is order was absolutely perfect. The crust was nice and soft the sauce to cheese ratio was well balanced. My family enjoyed every bite. Great job guys.
Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing as it’s a pizza chain but wow, I’ll never be going back again. If you have a food allergy, beware as random pizza toppings you didn’t ask for will show up on your pizza anyways like it happened to me multiple times.
ON December 31,2021 I placed an order online on the Pizza Hut app , after 30 Minutes from ordering I went to pick up my order , Once I was there and the app confirmed that my order was ready I ended up waiting a extra 40 min in the restaurant and still my order wasn’t ready , the general manager came out to apologize and said that the ram out of Doug and that they were working on it unfortunately I had ended up canceling my order after I paid $30 dollars , the employee that took care of my canceling told me that because the order was placed on the app I had to wait a couple of days to get my money back . I ended up going to Dominos and my order was completed within 20 Min. I’m not bad talking Pizza but the service that I received yesterday was horrible.
When I came into the restaurant I was made to wait about 10 minutes while the employee did something on the cash registers. I paid for my order. She then grabbed my order and quickly realized that the container the boneless wings were in was completely melted. She went to the back to have the other employees change the container and I heard the other employees laughing. I was then given my order and departed. I got home, opened the pizza boxes and BOTH of the pizzas I had ordered were BURNT. I did not have the time to order again nor go back to have them fix this issue as it was for a small birthday party for my daughter and the kids were ready to eat once I walked on the door. This is not the first time this has happened at this specific restaurant. I am very disappointed the issue still is not fixed.
Get the orders right i get my food and nothing is hot it was suppose be contactless. But had to meet the person i ordered ranch but didnt get one ranch but bleu cheese instead and didnt get the 2 liter i payed for the worse experience ive ever had and i work out of town so use delivery a lot!!
