Never get what you order he is in a big rush to answer phone and take orders give out orders take money. A total necrotic. No system needs aleast one other person to work the counter.
Just ordered two sandwiches hot ham and cheese...this is what I received...how disgraceful that they actually served this black over cooked left out shriveled Salami. they apparently don't know the difference between salami and ham. Waste of money. Obviously they do not take pride in the food they serve.
Called in an order a few minutes before I got to the store, which was busy, so I was prepared to wait. 20 minutes after I arrived at the store, when three people who ordered after I got there had gotten their food and I hadn’t, I left, having already paid for my order. By all means go, if you like leaving broke and hungry.
Prices are so good here. Breakfast sandwich, 3 bagels and coffee = $10.80 CHEAP!
My morning sausage egg and cheese was good. Customer service wasn’t. The lady taking my order over the phone was rude. She would talk over me, repeated my order at the end, got my name wrong and just hung up fast. I go to the shop to pick up my order, turns out, she wrote it down wrong. So I had to wait for them to remake it. I try telling the guy at the register nicely about the rude lady over the phone and all he tells me is “she doesn’t understand very well” “can’t even read what she writes sometimes” then why have her taking orders? Very frustrating.
The BOBO's may very well be the best in the entire country. Hudson Valley land mark for sure!

Very busy place and rightfully so! Awesome bagels, fantastic, not so ordinary menu, so many delicious choices and interesting sandwich combos. If you get the chance, eat here! Dine in or take out. Breakfast and Lunch.
