Very expensive for frozen yogurt. Bought a medium size frozen yogurt with a small amount of topping and it was $7.17! Paid by weight. The frozen yogurt was not that good anyway. I will definitely not go back.
I ordered a boba tea, I’m on a very specific diet so I asked the attendant if I could just have the tea with no sugar. (Literally all you have to do is not put in the powder or syrup) and she told me flat out no. I asked her why and she said “it comes with the powder so you have to get the powder”. Her attitude was disgusting and it was something easy to do. I just told her “okay” and left. I won’t be coming back to this spot in the mall
My nephew boyfriend and sister and i went to mister smoothie today and got frozen yogurt we went to sit down and my nephew spilled his on the floorand was very upset and the staff there was so sweet and kind to give us a free one i highly recommend going to this place it has amazing staff i hope you guy get bigger
I was disappointed with our smoothies yesterday. The employee didn’t add enough smoothing ingredients so she added water to fill the cups. They were terrible. She didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. The only time she spoke was when she told me to insert my cc. We threw the smoothies out and went to DD.

Today I came by and walked up to the counter. I looked at the menu then waited in line behind 4 people the girl working there was helping. Then two girls walked up to read the menu next to us. Then when the people in front of us left the girl helped the two girls who just walked up and ignored us!! That’s so rude! We were next In line and had been waiting!! We left without purchasing the two drinks we wanted and I’ll never be going there again!
