Ordering kios is very very slow. Was given ketup, no jelly/jam or napkins for a breakfast meal. This franchise seems to be sliding in the details department. The workers are husling around but bad equipment and attention to the details are making it a below average McDonald.Next day went in ordered same thing they forgot the hash brown. So its not one time thing. Probably why there are no lines.
Sometimes the service is lacking to be honest, too slow. Food is usually hot however and the employees are nice
Just got here suppose to be open till 11pm… but staff want to just sit around with the doors locked and stare at customers run around the store in the cold to find an entry. There is no signage about an early closure or anything.
When I called the lady on the other side of the phone she was so rude and told me to get a job when I asked what's their most popular item on their menu
Very disappointed on how the drive thru lady talked to me not once, not twice, but 3 times now I have had an issue with this McDonalds! Very disrespectful and when I called to speak with one of the managers on duty they were not very nice either. Very very poor customer service!! The McDonald’s on rt 211 has such nice employees and they have never been disrespectful and never disappointed!! Don’t go to the Dolson Avenue McDonald’s!!
This McDonald's is the only one in the region that I can honestly say does a consistent, quality job with their orders. You can tell by the fact that there's a line at the drive thru even at midnight, and even if the nearby competition has no line. I'm a stickler about overly icey drinks and they listen to my requests 99 out of 100 times. Once, a worker showed me the amount of ice they put in the cup, and asked if that was good. No-one else has ever cared that much about my pickiness.
This is the worst place, they never get the order correct. They don't answer their phone.This place should just close. I for pne wouldn't miss it.
Ordered ahead via mobile app and had to go through drive thru (indoor closed), then told to wait in a spot and food was never sent over. Had to walk back to drive thru...looked at like I had 2 heads and finally was given my order of 3 large fries. Terrible service
I usually have no issues here but today the young woman at the drive thru window was horrible. I had about a $50 order as to which it was going to take a few minutes to put together as expected. When part of my order was handed out the window i had a problem with one of the drinks, i said excuse me a few times but was ignored because she was busy standing around talking to her friends. I repeated myself a little louder this time to get her attention and she responded with an eye roll then after i handed her the drink she slammed the window in my face and continued talking to her friends/coworkers. When she handed my drink back out she asked for us to pull forward to wait for some of the food (not complaining about this, i expected this with a larger order). After about 15 minutes of waiting outside my friend went in with the receipt to see what was taking so long. Once inside they informed her they couldn't find our food. About 3 minutes after she went inside the young woman at the window brought out a milkshake that i had ordered, i said to her that my friend went inside to get the food that we were missing she said ok another eye roll and walked away. I sat outside in the car with two very angry and very hungry toddlers for at least another 10 minutes. My friend was inside with the manager trying to find out what happened with our food. The young woman at the window said she didn't know what happened to it. A few moments later another employee walked past a few bags of food and asked if that was our missing food, it was. The young lady at the window then responded with she thought we drove away and left the food, mind you she had just brought out my milkshake and i told her my friend was inside waiting....will not be returning to this location any time soon.
Got my fix of mc rib really tasty I wish they would leave it on the menu permanently..
