The food was delicious however i was disappointed in their sanitary practicing measures. They had on masks however i saw at least 1 where it was only over her mouth with her nose exposed. What's the sense of wearing one? In addition the same person was only using a glove on 1 hand and touching food with the other that wasn't gloved. The person who took my order was gloved and masked properly however used the same gloves to handle the food orders as well as to take the money. I think this facility needs to be retrained on sanitary measures for food service.
Unfortunately, I ordered a three piece chicken tenders combo. They gave me 3 small pieces that would have been equal to 1 piece. The french fries were covered in salt.They forgot to give me the soda so I had to go inside to get it. When I came out I realized that they didn't give me no condiments. I took the loss and went elsewhere. ?
I have used the drive through window a couple of times recently, so this is based only on drive through. The service was fair and I do not feel there were any real issues. I found going earlier in the day during more off hours yields better results. But KFC has gotten extremely expensive for what it is.
Clean dinning room friendly staff although they were mostly new ones food was hot fresh and tasty got the beyond nuggets and tenders meal
I was told no chicken for 30 minutes. Then I ordered 12 piece chicken tender meal...all of the pieces were tiny...1 of the sides was wrong..and the 1 side that was correct was only half full. The cashier was rude and staring into my car...so not woth 35.00
spent over $50 last night to have worker there drop my food on and dirty counter top than put it in the bag than when i asked for a new one to be made and was talking to the manager she walked up and closed the window on us and the manager stood there and did nothing and than to pull off and realize they didnt even give me my full order and she purposely crushed the biscuits i have pics and video to prove it and she did this full rant while i had a child in the car
Ordered outside line tonight, prices are wrong on the board. We let them know, still charged the updated price...not right, what the board states is what they should have charged. Food was fine, young boy at window was very nice. They need to update their prices on the board or honor them!
This KFC has always provided hot, fresh and delicious chicken. There is always a line at this KFC but it's worth the wait. Jessica was very hospitable. Who says you can't get excellent customer service from fast food restaurant?
This place has the most rudest person working the window (drive thru) not only she was rude but curse me out in front of my family, and through the food at me and left without giving me my receipt and credit card back there was another young lady that had to come back and ask if she gave me my card back ,,all because I questioned price and made sure she gave me the correct order .I will never ever ever ever go back to this establishment and will make sure I tell all my friends and colleagues about this the only reason I gave 1 star is because Google wont let me leave remark without adding a star I will seek further action I will be calling headquarters as well ..it has to be on video
went through drive up. handed cashier my money and he handed out lunch. I waited for my change but he didn't give it to me so I asked him for it and he replied, "we have no coins" and shut his cash drawer. had he told me that when I pulled up, I would have gotten change out of my purse when I paid him. there was no sign up stating they had no coins. I went inside and gave the manager enough to add up to an even dollar and she did so with no questions asked. while I waited for her to get the dollar, the same cashier handed coins out to the car behind me!!!
