There are alot of young people working there. Cell phones should be put away and work taken more serious. I had a young boy 16 as my server. Its nice to see them trying to stay out of trouble and have a job. They just need to take it a bit more serious. My service was decent. Would I come back maybe only to help the young people stay off the streets and keep a job.

I would just like to state the this review is based off of the three minute interaction with the host. He was exceptionally rude and his attitude increased throughout the experience and he was point blank mean as well. We walked in after lunch time and asked for a table for two, the dining was less than half full( the dining room and kitchen are both fully visible from the host stand). He said it would be a ten minute wait with an attitude and I put my name of the list and asked why the wait was so long he said he only had 3 servers and there was two tables ahead of us. We agreed to wait but then he told us the time would be longer like we were being punished for asking and we decided to leave.

I usually go to IHOP on Dolson Sve. in Middletown while my car is being serviced. The staff is usually bright and friendly. However, today I was grunteds at, not informed that the way you pay had changed and then made to wait to check out because "I haveto seat these people behind you. I told the gentleman that I was alrady waitng 5 minutes because there was no one at the front desk who could help me. I was told that "I should have checked out with my server" which I would have done if someone had informed me this change. In adddition, they threw out my to go food. I will never edat there again and I will do my best to tell everyone I know how bad the employees are which can only be a reflection of the owner Fran Atria. Doo yoursewlf a favor and go to anaother IHOP or the Dineer down the street for this one.

Pancakes are good to eat. I also enjoy their chicken and potatoes.

Great breakfast out with my family of 5. Our server Lexi is the best. She is so nice and attentive. Food was great! They even have Gluten friendly pancakes! They are so good and don't taste like cardboard. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

Ordered 2 “ all you can eat pancakes” 2 waters and a hot chocolate, 2 orders of bacon, came out with 2 huge meals half Luke warm, cold bacon, no hot chocolate. Paid twice more for a meal we didn’t want. Here’s the kicker, there were only 2 other tables in the Reatraunt.

The employees in this restaurant are unsanitary, lack cleanliness and have no consideration of COVID protocols. While waiting for my food, I witnessed employees pulling down their masks to talk with each other over customer’s open food that they were preparing. As the food sits open on the counter to be served or packaged, servers pull down masks to yell to cooks over the plates. I also witnessed another employee, who was packaging to go orders, spill a customer’s food, then, with his bare hands, put that food back into the container and bag for delivery. After he touched the entry door (that the public touches to enter/exit the restaurant) to place the food on the delivery table, he came back in, ran water over his hands, no soap, and continued packaging customer’s orders. I informed the manager of all of this but nothing was done. We will not be eating here again.

Very disappointed in the service, eggs were cold, the steak tasted like cardboard no flavor what so ever, no manager on the floor to address the problem to, still was charged $40. For something I didnt even eat, again no manager to express my grief to.. again very disappointed .. pls address this complaint...

Food was delicious. They were busy but not crowded. Able to accommodate a party of 7 with no wait. Staff was very friendly and efficient. One of our favorite restaurants.
