We’ve been to many Japanese Restaurants and this one definitely stepped up and did an amazing job! Food was done quick and efficient; the chef was funny And very entertaining especially for our boys. I love when they interact with the boys and make them feel part of the show. The kids love hibachi shows especially fire parts. The drinks were delicious and the area was very clean. Very spacious dining room. I’d highly recommend this place.
This place is amazing, the chefs are very entertaining and the food delicious. Their steak is cooked to perfection and their salmon is perfect. I can’t wait to go back again
Definitely a fusion of cuisines to satisfy the masses, and satisfy it will!!!! You have the option of sitting in to dine at private table or join the hibachi table or take-out. Food and drinks are guaranteed to hit the spot

went there for the first time today, it was really good! the person who cooks your food is always so engaged and fun. definitely gonna go back :)
Always good eats! Pricing is fair. Staff is friendly. Clean dinning. This is my go to place for a quick treat. I always like the 'crispy rice'. I've never been disappointed since I was introduced about 5 yrs ago. Any day any time always the same great experience. No picture since I'm always in the moment.
Fuji is my favorite! It is my go-to place for Hibachi in the Hudson Valley! I've been going for years for birthdays, celebrations, and casual dining. Extremely family oriented. The chefs are consistent , and the food is always fresh and delicious . Of course, on busier days, such as weekends and dinnertime, seating and wait times are longer, but the experience is worthwhile. If you're really hungry, try to sit at a regular dining table or at the sushi bar to avoid a long wait.Overall, I'd say the place could use some updating; it's a very busy place, and I imagine it's difficult to attend to the minor details that may be important to some customers. Oh the Yum Yum sauce , best I’ve had EVER!
Fun dining experience and food was well-cooked and flavorful. Where they lose stars is cleanliness and slow service. The bathrooms were filthy and the dining areas looked dingy. After being seated, it took over 15 mins for anyone to come over and ask for our drinks. They also should have provided a drink menu while we were waiting so we could at least see what drinks were available. To be fair, it was a busy night. This place is really popular so they might feel like they don't need to up their game but they could really shine if they cleaned a little more.

If you want to over pay for a big dish of oily fried rice and a small portion of meat you should eat here. You will get less then what you payed for. The showmanship is nice. But that's the only good part. The food while good is nothing to write home about. Could uses a bigger selection of beer on tap. I really don't see why people make such a big deal about this place.Would not go back.
