My friend and I ate at Frank's Pizza in Middletown, NY . 3 times we ate different items each time the staff is wonderful. They always greet you when you come in prices are reasonable. Food is great. This has become our new favorite place to eat.
Absolutely TERRIBLE pizza. The staff all were brain dead and couldn't be bothered to act energetic or pleasant. They use very low quality ingredients in the pizza which explains it's nonexistent taste. Go somewhere else and enjoy the food there. One thing people need to learn.. When ANY restaurant has terrible pizza, this means the entire menu is terrible. Some people give a few stars but that's just because they have ZERO idea of what great food really is..
After a little bit of shopping my family and I decided to stop in to Franks PIZZA for a bite to eat. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I opted to have one of the seafood dishes and it was outstanding. Very generous portion of delicious seafood and pasta. My daughter had grilled chicken and pasta and my wife had a buffalo chicken wrap which were both great. I highly recommend giving Franks a shot whether it be for a simple slice of pizza or a delectable sit down dinner! I know we will be back in the very near future to try something else off of their extravagant menu!
Best service and great food like always, they are so nice, it’s very clean great atmosphere. Great portions of food. I have to say the Tres Leche is a MUST. Highly recommend Frank’s Pizzeria.
I am so please with the service that I received from Frank’s Pizzeria in Middletown I called Frank’s last minute planning for a party of 24 I gave them not even an hour notice. The staff accommodated me. They went above and beyond for my family it was my son’s christening. The food was exceptional. We never had to ask the waitress for refills I was and my guest’s were so happy with the food. I brought my son a cake the waitress took it upon herself she cut it and served it we even shared it with the staff. Thank you so much for making my son’s day extra Special.
Franks has an excellent array of Pizza’s. We stuck to the good old regular pie and was pleasantly surprised. We also enjoyed the Poutine. All round excellent experience. We got the food delivered to our hotel. Food showed up in a timely manner and was excellent.
Being from the south, I have never tasted pizza like this before. It was absolutely amazing. Everything we had was delicious!
Most undercooked pizza I’ve ever received. They even forgot the pepperoni. Not the first time they’ve messed up my order either. Definitely won’t be going back.
BEST pizza I've had in this country! Drove all the way from New England just for this pizza. It has the perfect sauce-cheese ratio. Beautifully cooked dough but not overdone, flavorful sauce and perfect thickness!
This low review isn’t based off of the quality of food but rather the quality of service to a dedicated customer that orders at least 4 times a week. Ive never thought this place to be mediocre until today. When an order is heard wrong over the phone by the individual taking the order, it is up to the restaurant to correct such errors and make it right. What I experienced today was a complete utter joke. Instead of making me an entire new pasta dish they decided to send over the shrimp that they failed to hear me order over the phone. To have to mix food that was cooked over an hour ago with freshly cooked shrimp is completely Preposterous.The mere fact that they thought this was the correct solution and acceptable is besides me and I’m very disappointed to have a been faithful customer of there’s for years. This review isn’t to slander this place as I have stated before the food is always delicious. It’s to point out how to treat your paying customers and to make aware that wasn’t business like or ethical.
