Amazing people! Amazing selections of ice cream flavors, ices and creation combinations. You are welcomed and greeted at the door as soon as you enter. That won me over already. Then they prepare your order with care. I will always go here when I have my ice-cream cravings because of their personal kindness and I will never run out of flavor combinations I can try and there ice-cream is DELICIOUS! Drove to a family ice cream place to get one of the worst milk shakes I've ever tried. I wanted real ice cream and an actual milkshake so I figured I'd skip the fast food places and get something really good. They have strawberry ice cream , but they make milkshakes with vanilla soft serve mixed with strawberry syrup. They filled a 3rd of the cup with milk. The milkshake was like sweet water. I even noticed before they put the syrup and just changed my order to plain vanilla.How do you have good strawberry ice cream and resort to using syrup? Wont visit again. Any fast food place makes better milkshakes. The service was very good. The lady was very nice and the place looked good.Got several replies from the owner and they assumed me they have the option to make the milkshake as you want. They also seemed genuinely concerned with my experience and that is more than enough to get a better review. I would hope in the future they just make a good milkshake without having to ask for it , but I'm sure some people would like the milkshake they made for me. Overall nice people and I'm sure their ice cream is great.
I have loved this place forever! The owners & staff @ Family Farm are always so kind & personable. They have so many different flavors too I've not seen anywhere else, inc my favorite(Choco & Vanilla Moose Tracks) & I have even had them make my mom's birthday cake for me last yr! I def cannot wait to do that again! Lovely upbeat surroundings for sitting in or chilling outside @ their picnic tables & various beach chairs on beautiful sunny days! The staff & owners always take the time to get to know their customers & personalize ea. Experience! I am forever grateful for such positivity when it comes to choosing my favorite stomping grounds.
If you want ice cream Family Farm has the best! You will never want to buy ice cream at a grocery store again! Prompt service and large portions - well worth the money. Only recommendation is to add more vegan/ non-dairy flavors!
The employees of this store went above and beyond when I informed them my son had a tree nut allergy. I was so grateful because my son loved what he had and it’s rare that he can have anything but soft serve so what a treat. The ice cream is amazing and there are really great seats outside to hang out with your ice cream , when in the area I will be coming back!
This place is amazing, the service is good and the vibe is just amazing. The ice cream is very HIGH QUALITY and is just awesome. The owner Jason is very nice as well and makes you feel at home. People may say it’s expensive but you are paying for quality and the quality is very high. Can’t wait to see what there next flavor is.
Best real ice cream shop in Orange County. I've been to a lot of em and Family Farm Ice Cream is the best. Their ice cream is delicious and lots of flavors, the owners are super friendly and down to earth. We love going here with the kids. Our only go to place for ice cream place. We started going here with our daughter and when our son was young, now that our third son is here, he too will be enjoying their ice cream. BTW, they also hold holiday events.
I went to the place today and they were so kind and good place for ice cream I recommend you should go it is now open different topping and had ice cream last summer
