They always mess up my orders and they’re very simple one’s too.I can’t understand why the rating is so high when this is the worst Dunkin’ in Middletown.
I have been stopping in this DD fairly regularly for years mainly inside. I recently started using the drive through window. I never had any issues that I remember. Always friendly and decent service.
Great bacon and Bengals and drive-thru is very fast service is great and it's very clean inside

I went inside close to 7pm. Even though the selection was sparse, the donuts in the case were still fresh!!. My server was very courteous in letting me know she had to clear previous orders from the drive in. She was the only cashier and doing an excellent job ??
Lobby was closed. Only drive thru was open & they were closing at 6pm. NO HELP! WHY DOESN'T ANYONE WANT TO WORK??? TH0UGHT THE MAJOR UNEMPLOYMENT THING WAS OVER. SO HOW ARE PEOPLE PAYING THEIR BILLS WHEN THEIR ARE HELP WANTED SIGN'S EVERYWHERE YOU TURN?
Shift Leader looked scraggly with long hair all over his face. Not good when working with food and beverages. He was very pleasant to customers though.
