They can not do simple drink correctly. I ordered a Charlie one day and it was perfect. Ordered 2 more today and they were garbage!!! Watered down horribleness at its best. Tossed it right out. Can’t trust them to make it right the second time when they can’t do it right the first time. They take my hard earned cash and waisted it with incompetence and laziness. Do not Spend you money not your time there.
1 star because the hot chocolate machine is broken since a week not much people go to that Dunkin’ there are hardly no donuts drive through doesn’t work

The staff the girl named Cora and the girl named Felicia that work there make my drink perfect the way I like it they're very friendly there and they know what they're doing and it's not a Dunkin' donuts where you're waiting 20 minutes online they get stuff done I would definitely recommend that Dunkin' donuts on 17m
Busy and Busy at the window. Inside was a different story with the costumer. I timed 22 minutes inside.....Did not say anything despite the gentleman negative comment.
Very disappointed. Drive thru order...1 midnight coffee black no sugar, everything bagel toasted and a raisin bagel toasted with butter.Got my coffee and sat at the window...no bagels. Please pull up to the front door she did not see your sticker. Ok I did. Waited some more only to come home and open my bag to a butter with raisin bagel. The wrapper soaked with butter and the bagel dripping of butter.No apology..just have a nice day.Don't usually post...but I was shocked that they would serve someone a mess like this.Do better!!!!
Omg the very best coffee in the world !!! I have chronic rheumatoid arthritis and Dunkin coffee gives me the energy to move my body !! I feel like a super hero after having a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee !!! Oh Yeah !!!
I just went through the drive through and saw a young boy in a Du rag pocket from the register after messing up my entire order
I am not one to normally go and write reviews but this establishment has given me a bad experience yet again in the drive through , i go to dunkin'’ often and this time , which wasn’t the first time the drive through woman was the most miserable rude person. I was going to pull up my app on my phone and she was so impatient she says to me “ what are we doing now “ . I can tell you that i will not be visiting that establishment again. They should tell their employees to be a tad bit more happy/friendly .
Ordered a bagel with butter and the man making it literally slathered so much butter on it there was a puddle at the bottom of the bag. I literally walked back inside asked him would he eat that and requested that he make it over. Its so disgusting.
