Shout out to the Dunkin’ Donuts at the 2 Ben Gilman way location.They gave me the wrong beverage this morning and after I got to work I called and spoke to Amber,I asked if I could come back for the right one she said sure just come back in and they’ll give me the correct one .Several hours later I went in but Amber had left, I showed the young man behind the counter what I ordered and what I received and with no other questions he made me the correct drink and offer me a menu item for the inconvenience of having to come back in ?I picked a donut and was on my way?
It takes awhile to get your coffee.
Stopped on our way out of town. The drinks tasted absolutely disgusting [iced coffee with cream and sugar-- nothing fancy]. We ended up throwing them away completely full because they were undrinkable. I would give zero stars if I could.

Waited 10mins vefore walking out. I made eye contact with 2 of the coworkers. Nothing. Nightshift Manager doesnt care about taking orders only about gossip. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Waited 10 minutes at register, 2 workers stated, please give us a minute we will be with you, but after 10 minutes I walked away, this was my favorite Dunkin at one point, not anymore!
I just went to return a coffee that was made wrong and I asked the girl if she wanted the coffee back that was made wrong and she said “no because of Covid we can’t take s*** back”. So, I understand that but I don’t understand why she had to curse. To me, as a paying customer, that’s very disrespectful.
