Downtown Bagels lives up to the claim of best bagels in Orange County. You can tell they're hand rolled. The outside is crunchy with a soft interior. Proper amount of cream cheese. Bring cash and your appetite.
This place came highly reviewed and I will say it lived up to my expectations. Out of the numerous bagel spots I've tried in the area it has some of the best bagels. These were great NY bagels and their cream cheese selections were great too! * TIP - try their jalapeño cheddar cream cheese.. you will not be disappointed!* The prices were good and they labeled everything also! No complaints from me and I do plan to return to this place in the near future!
Their BOBO bagel sandwich is the best in town.

Best bagels ever. I usually get an everything bagel toasted with egg cheese salt pepper & ketchup, or an onion bagel is amazing too. I recently tried their green onion/scallion green cheese because it’s made fresh in house. One of the younger women with dark hair has the best customer service. She is Soo nice & remembers me when I visit. I love this place so much. I wish it was closer but probably a blessing I can’t eat bagels everyday haha!

If you’re looking for the best bacon egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel toasted, with home hash fries and pepper on it, this is the spot for you. I get two every time. Highly recommended breakfast bagel sandwiches.
