The only reason I gave one star is because you can't give none. This place is horrible. Waited 20 minutes to get our order taken then over a half hour to get a glass of water and a hot tea. When we finally got that my husband was informed that they only had decaf tea. Then another 20 minutes for cheese sticks. Then when we got our food mine was supposed to have French fries... and it came out with hash browns. I ate my sandwich and by the time my husband and I were done eating I still did not get my fries. I went to the bathroom (which was disgusting and out of supplies) and when I came out fries were still not done. My husband paid while I was in the bathroom.. and we left without fries.... the place was so cold one woman had a blanket. They only had one cook (w an attitude) and one over worked server. This is absolutely horrible. I will never go back. This place used to be pretty good (for a Dennys) now its horrible. Just go across the street to the other diner.

Why would You ever present this glass to a customer! The water stains are bad enough but the glass isn’t even clean,it doesn’t even matter wether the food was good or bad. I was immediately turned off with everything in this place after that. I now understand why I haven’t been in here for years.They definitely need to update this place. The whole vibe felt old.I’ll go back in a few years to see how the place is doing.Maybe.

What happened to this place? The service was so bad! My waitress had an attitude and not sure why. Took her 15 minutes before she even came to take my drink orders. We ordered an appetizer of nachos that never came. She was actually mad that I asked her to take the appetizer off because we never got it. Denny's was not even that busy for the level of service we received. The food was terrible as well, it almost looked like the manager was covering for the cook. I feel bad for them but I wont be returning. As expensive as things are, I would rather pay high price for good service.

Short staffed is nothing unusual in this day and age. My food came thank goodness I had a spoon for my coffee I started eating with my spoon and then asked for silverware. The servers were very nice. And the juice that comes with breakfast is in a large glass!! Which is too bad I couldn't finish all of that juice. The food was average.

I don't know why I went honestly. I am never happy with Denny's. It's always somewhere between not great and OK. The food in this case was OK. I had a breakfast meal. The buttered toast (it's not butter) had a weird taste to it. The eggs were actually cooked perfectly over easy, but tasted I don't know... Blah. The hash browns tasted pretty good actually. The sausage was maybe old? Sat too long? Not sure, a weird texture. The pancakes were actually decent and well cooked.

Terrible my friend and I had to walk out due to the terrible service. The hostess left us standing at the front for 5 minutes. When we were finally seated, we sat there an additional 10 minutes and the waitress did not even look at us. At that point we had to leave and no one said a word to us. We then went to Ruby Tuesdays where the service is great.

This was definitely one of the best times we have had at a Denny's. There was a wait, and they looked short staffed yet Natasha our server was simply a breath of fresh air. She was very friendly, paid great attention to detail and checked back with us numerous times to make sure we were satisfied. It's nice to know there are still workers like Natasha that actually care.We'll be back

Usually Denny's is great but we had the worst experience tonight. We were seated with no menus or utensils..we asked what we wanted to drink about 20 minutes after we were seated and than waited another 20 minutes for them. Our food orders took over 40 minutes and were separate..so some were eating and done before anyone else got their food. We had to ask for utensils and were given plastic forks & knives still in the wrappers. The food itself was great but I have never experienced that kind of service before. We got there at 7:15pm and didn't leave until 9:10pm.

I will like for families to be aware of this place. So I went in with my two kids to have breakfast and we had a few issues nothing serious,until it was time to pay my bill. I pay my bill and left what I could for TIP which I’m not OBLIGATED to leave any TIP, they don’t know anyone situation for them to act they way the did. So after paying my bill at the register I walk to may car with my two infants and my WAITRESS came up to my car and says excuse me and she gave me the money back. She was not happy with what I could afford to leave her as a TIP. So sad they don’t realize anyone situation to be so unprofessional and follow up to your car just because they’re were not happy with the amount I left. I will never go back!!!Good luck

We don't have Dennys by my home. I saw this and decided to grab breakfast. Very happy with the food and service. Was in and out within 40 minutes I minutes
