I don’t understand how hard it is to answer a phone, email, or message inquiry but you guys have not been able to get back regarding placement of an order. That being said, I can’t say anything about the donuts but you can’t purchase donuts if the customer service is lacking.
I’ll admit their donuts are amazing but I went on to their website to order donuts because since they’re closed they still sell the donuts etc. it gave me an option to curbside pick up which I wanted to do and on their website it says same day delivery if ordered before 11am and separate they have curbside hours. I place my order and all I get is a message saying they’ll email me when it’s shipped out. Um what?????Meanwhile, I’m sitting outside the store but lights are off. Their website is not specific and is not explanatory at all!!!! So I tried emailing a couple times…. No response….. I called the number no answer and there’s no alternate number when u order (which there should be). So now I have no idea what to do and if I don’t hear anything I’m going to have to report it to my bank and get my money back.
For anyone who is sad they closed: DONT BE! I just ordered 4dz for this weekend and they're amazing. I'll admit I was totally panicked ordering a week ahead without really being able to "talk" to anyone, but they emailed me back with my total and I picked up in their window from 5-7 at the side door. Great experience with this new process!
Fluffy donuts better than dunkin why did it have to close
I really miss these donuts. I would give Daddy’s Donuts 5 stars for their donuts, but zero stars for accessibility. I fully support their need to spend more time with family, and only fulfill orders over a dozen donuts. However, only having a pick up option for 5pm-7pm is awful. I don’t want to eat donuts at 5:00 at night. I don’t want to freeze them, and I don’t want to eat day old donuts the next morning. I want to eat fresh donuts, especially if now I have to order them a day ahead of time and order in bulk. Until Daddy’s Donuts offers at least one pick up day with morning hours, I won’t be buying them again.
First time walking in, and the aroma of this wonderful establishment was kin to that of heaven itself. The donuts, breakfast platter, and service were equally exceptional. I will definitely be returning
A huge shout out to Daddy’s Donuts & Bake Shop for you amazingly delicious donuts for the donut wall for our daughters wedding.
They are commercial only now, so you can't go into the store and order a breakfast sandwich and pick up a dozen donuts on the fly. You can still call and order there is a dozen or 2 minimum at this point. The donuts and pastries are absolutely sinful. Perfect recipes.
