Went here on Sunday evening around 8:00. There was a pretty long line as usual however it seem like there were a lot of workers there not knowing what they were doing. They were out of a lot of the ingredients and my friend try to get chicken but they didn’t have any. I got the steak but it was very cold and hard, like they didn’t prepare properly. They were also teaching the cashier how to put the food in the bag. I understand the need to train people, but I believe there are times that are more conducive for training, such as when it’s less busy. Also they were out of napkins and the place was a mess. The trash was completely full and has not been taken out for the longest time.
I have not been to Chipotle's in a while and oh my goodness I'm so glad that I went. My food was amazing. The staff there were very nice. Very pleasant.
I was frustrated about the about the wait and missing items. But I must say Rebecca was super helpful and pleasant. She showed high levels of care and professionalism. Thank you Rebecca for your EXCELLENT customer service.
The staff is in such a rush they try to close early by cleaning up early. They had no cold side because they cleaned it out at 9 to try to get out early. Thing is there was literally seven or eight customers that came in while I was standing on line with three other people in front of me. You turned away at least 10 paying coustomers because of lazy employees. Tell your employees 10 is close time if you deny coustomers the full menu for any other reason than truly being out of items your fired. No sour cream no cheese no cold at all. Then get nasty with people watched 2 fights with staff and coustomers. Unreal
I was at the Chipotle in Middletown on Rt.211Although, there was no waiting time and it was only 4:30 pm.There appeared to be only what looked like leftovers. I asked for 2 bowls. The girl put 2 scoops of rice and 1 spoon of beans into each. I asked for carnitas.There was only enough carnitas for1 order.However, she got this great idea to split it into the two orders. She yelled back that she needed more carnitas, but did not wait to add more. She put a dab of guacamole on top, 3 pieces of lettuce and 2 fingers full of cheese. Then proceeded to pack it. It is not worth your money! I left there feeling totally ripped off!!!I will not be going back there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Horrible experience at Middletown Chipotle! No steak, no vegetables! Employees are rude to customers and curse at them! Manager could care less! Absolutely the worst experience!
I just came from chipotle in Middletown, NY. And management so unprofessional and rude. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t even know how to articulate what she was saying even the next customer was confused by what she said. They do not accept cash unless exact change is given because they do not have change to give. As a customer that is not my problem. As a professional manager she should have come up with a solution as my food was already made. But instead I came up with the solution and gave her .25 to just keep and give me back a $10 as I gave her a $20. She did it with an attitude and very unpleasant and so distasteful. Corporate really should evaluate who they have working for them because she was not management material. Jasmine Reyes should not be working for your company. That was the most horrible and unpleasant visit I have ever had in your place of business in this location. Never again!
I do not know how pending your employees are of those who leave the delivery, I made an order for 4 and it did not arrive at all well, and it did not arrive complete and I tried to communicate with you but I do not see an answer I feel disappointed because it seems to me a lack of I respect that clients are like this with people.
My pickup orders are never ready at requested time! I always have to wait a half a hour later for my order to be ready! And half the times they don’t even prepare my bowls how I like!
Food is great! Employees are even better, but the management in this place need an evaluation. The Manager that is regularly at this location is the rudest person ive ever met. Not only does she degrade her employees and bully them infront of customers and other employees, but she has absolutely no customer service skills to save her life. She makes it not worth even ordering food to go.
