Chili's took care of us after a bad experience at Friday's (I have a review on that). They were crowded and had a waiting list and even though we had a large group they made sure to sit us as quickly as possible. We experienced great service from beginning to end. The drinks came out moments after the order was placed. Chips and dip were brought moments after that and the food was not too far behind. The food was delicious. The waitress went out of her way to make sure the kids were happy. She brought over extra tablets from other tables and gave one to each for use without charge. Whenever I'm looking to eat in this area, I'll be going to Chili's.
First time in Middletown NY. I was soo happy to see Chili's until I went to this location. I have been to Chili's many times. We came with a family of 5. It took a long time to be seated. They were short staff. The waitress was very impatient with us. And last but not least the FOOD was discussing... No taste to it at all. The So Called Barbecue sauce tastes like ketchup and the Ranch dressing was watered down. I will Never, Ever Never come back to this location. ? You guys have to do BETTER or CLOSE DOWN.

Love this place I've been going out for years staff is pretty good Management's always understandable. Even though sometimes I walk away missing food for wrong orders it's good I work in the business and they always find a way to make it up to you
Could be better, could be worse. Never consistent, sometimes the food is good & sometimes it’s disgusting. The amount of times it’s been disgusting recently isn’t worth it anymore. My last delivery was the final straw, the drinks were watered down (not because of ice) & all the food was either bland or old tasting.
We ordered curb side pickup. The food was warm. The prices were decent. It was a quick and easy pick up. Unfortunately when we got back and went to eat it, they gave us two orders of fries instead of one order of fries and one of street corn. Plus the burger we ordered pink was very over cooked and dry, not even close to being pink. Not as important, but even the ranch we ordered as dip was correct, they sent bbq sauce instead. The rest of the food was tasty. We were hungry so we ate it and didn't bother to complain because there was no way we were going back and didn't need the stress. If we ever eat there again it will be in the restaurant, never ever again would we get take out. Three stars is generous but even though I couldn't eat a burger like that, luckily my husband could so the only thing went to waste were a bunch of uneaten fries and an unwanted dipping sauce.
My all time favorite place to eat for the last 7 years !!! We travel all the way from shohola pa just to eat here. The staff is always polite, clean, attentive and extra kind to my 3 routy kids. Love love love this one specifically and newburgh ny
It's located near shopping, mall, Walmart and hotels. The food is good, affordable prices and friendly staff. You can order online and pick-up, no problem. I recommend giving it a try.
