Love the Customer service she Made the Cake Amazing So very good my Daughter loved it.
Was just in here with my nephews getting icecream after school. One of the kids asked to use the bathroom & was told a straight, “no” by the young kid working behind the register. I don’t understand why they would tell a little kid no.. I’m just glad he didn’t go on the floor. Icecream was a 10/10, their customer service was a 4/10.
The ice cream is delicious, The staff is courteous and accommodating. Five stars all the way.

Ordered a simple soft vanilla milkshake with crunchies and threw the whole thing away. It tasted spoiled. How does ice cream taste spoiled? I loved Carvel as a child and this experience ruined it for me. Never again. ?

My daughter gets an all vanilla ice cream cake every year for her birthday and we are always happy.. not this year very disappointed hardly any crunches inside the prices have gone up and the product has gone down.
