This place is horrible. The food is never fresh??……You should be able to put no stars or minus stars. Every single time I come to this establishment I get stale food. From the fries; nuggets; sandwiches. The fries and nuggets always seem over cooked and cold like they have been sitting around for days. The chicken sandwich not fresh with welded lettuce and tomatoes. The mayo is packed on the sandwich… (over loaded) no matter what time I go the food is always bad. I try to stay away but this is the only Wendys in all the Freeport Baldwin Merrick area. They need to do better
Customer Service was great despite me and my girlfriends inability to decide on anything we didn't feel pressured or rushed. When we finally finished ordering everything was done quickly. They even gave enough dipping sauce to leave us with left overs when we were done. A lot of places you need to ask for extra.We were happy. Thank you Wendy's ?
They forgot my straw , ketchup and napkin.Turned around to get this. Then wife notices missing bacon and cheese on her sandwich. Had to listen to complaints and her nagging about the sandwich. Went back with her to fix that , they gave us a new sandwich ... It had the cheese but was still missing bacon. Had to engage in a 30 min production to get the food and another 30 min of discussion about it . ***Sighs *** I don't think I'll be coming back here even though it's our go to Saturday treat.
Messed up my order 3 times. First time they forgot to give us ketchup and a straw, second time they completely messed up my sandwich order, went back to get that fixed and they messed it up again. Ridiculous.
Been a little hesitant to go back. Went a few weeks ago went throught drive thru, took my order home and I was so upset, they completely forgot my burger. I tried calling location no one pick up. So, I called corporate to make complaint they took my info and someone for management for this location, but no one ever reached out to me. I guess they don't care about customer service.
This place is unorginzated. I placed a mobile order for in store pick up. Their doors where locked and was told to get in long drive thru line. My food was not ready. The manager told me he was short staff and locked the doors. I called 4 times before they answered the phone. I left because I had to be some where. No food and no refund. So now my niece and nephew have to wait until after 8 pm to eat.
Quick bite to eat. It's possible to eat healthy in a fast food place.Grilled chicken sandwich, no cheese and a plain baked potato. Yummy!

Its a Wendys. I didn’t come here for 5 star dining. I came for good fast food and got it. No complaints.
