Food was decent, service ruined it all. This is the third time we came here with some friends and their kids and last time the service was OK this time it was horrible so needless to say most likely won’t be going back to this place anytime soon. Our kids are teenagers and all had our own meals for the prices that they charge should be able to deliver a higher level of service. First off it took forever to the waitress to come to us and then when she did she wanted to take the entire order all at once because they probably wanted to get us in and out as quickly as the kids so they could turn the table. We ordered some appetizers and then she came back with our drinks and appetizers took our food order after she brought our food we didn’t see her afterwards. One of the appetizers was a tuna avocado roll she came back with a tuna roll and we stood that we wanted tuna avocado she whipped out her notebook and shows us what she wrote and she said no it says tuna, meanwhile I can’t read Japanese so whatever she showed me was what it was but regardless we know what we ordered and she was arguing and she said this is not OK basically asking us if will eat the avocado tuna roll without the avocado and we said no we’d like avocado she went back to the sushi chef came back 30 seconds later they put slices of avocado on top of the rolls and then she said can you go is this OK which we responded looking at each other I can’t believe she just did this and then we just said fine whatever she said don’t worry I won’t charge you for the avocado at that point I wanted to take the bill so far pay it and leave because I was so angry at somebody responding that way. We had some overpriced desserts after our meal and we left. I won’t go back there again there are much better options for sushi between Merrick and Massapequa that you can go to that actually value their customers and have better food and come at a more reasonable price.

Great service and great sushi we couldn’t be happier. One of our best friends took us there and there isn’t another sushi place to rival it.

Restaurant charged me for each fountain drink, instead of the industry standard free refills. Menu did not mention this charge, nor did the waitress. When I brought it up, the waitress and manager both acted like they had never heard of a restaurant with free soft drink refills.Great lunch sushi specials though!

Went there this evening with my friends, spent about 2 hours and over 100 dollars, all for a baby mouse to run across the booth we sat at. We told the managers and waitresses (as it was closing so they were all getting ready to leave) and they didn’t even seem shocked. Almost as if they knew about the problem. and as me and my friend sat in our car waiting for someone else not even 10 mins after the incident the entire staff was leaving. Didn’t NOT spend over 100 dollars for mice to be running around while I eat my dinner

This place reeks of: Huge: OFFENSIVE: HAUGHTY: >>>>>>>>>>Arrogance; EXCESSIVELY: High Prices; &, Indifferent; ALWAYS: ANGERED; &, ENTITLED: BADDDDD ATTITUDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Nearly, without any exceptions, everyone here, ONLY cares, about: >>>>>Money; with a, full; sick, obsession for it!!!!!!!!!!!JUST, a, few examples: mice on tables; bugs in restaurant; &, on dining room floor; etc.; plus: FALSE MENU pricings; LONG wait times for food at tables, disorganized table service, poor chef quality, poor food prep, understaffing-overstaffing, constantly having food menu items out of stock, or: unavailable, over focused on bar; drinks, &, alcohol; &, ambiance, for operation revenue, Very slow service; very >>nasty, very >>mean, very >>rude, sadistic, angry, bitter; &, lying hostesses; hostesses & manager are dictatorial overly empowered rulers, incompetent, uncaring, enraged servers; wasted funds of: decor; looks, image, bar, black listing customers, excuses customer blocking, lies, excuses, wasted time, appearance; not on: customer service; phone service; computer service; integrity; online service; ethics; honesty; kindness; care; interest; passion; food, hygiene, service, price savings, thrift, training, staff, quality, menu, upgrades, better delivery, customer relationships,community relations, improvements; ETC.; Etc. etc.

This is our new go to place!! Great food and a lovely wait staff. We found this place a couple of weeks ago and ordered platters to use for appetizers for Christmas. Everyone enjoyed and nothing was left!! Prices are fair and reasonable for good food. Love having a local place to stop in, get served quickly and with good food.

The sushi and sake was very goodDisappointed when we got our check the prices on the menu are cheaper than what they actually charge you for! She told us they need get new menus to reflect the price increase. Not one person mentioned that until we asked for a menu after we received the checkFor that reason we are totally turned off from this place.

The food was amazing as always. Fun fun was an awesome waitress!!
