Whoever takes orders late night should be fired just got 20$ worth of food not one item was what I ordered. Pathetic

It seems all their food warm paste. The line is generally short because most people realize that this food makes your body feel horrible the next morning.
I spend on average 2-3 minutes between placing an order and receiving my food at the drive thru. Service is extremely quick, staff is friendly enough. They have forgotten small items like sauce or utensils many times. Definitely my go to place for Taco Bell and fast food in general.
Google and the official app say this place closes at midnight. Placed an order at 1045 to pick up by 11. Get there at 11 and everything's closed. Workers were running to their cars as myself and other customers drove into the lot. So even if they closed at 11 they chose to not make the order they received at 1045 and leave. Placing orders over an hour before closing only to find out they have closed when I get there either bad luck on my part or awful mismanagement on theirs as this is the 3rd time in a year I've had this issue with this location.
TL:dr: Good, Will use again.Complex order (substitute black beans for beef on one, but not others) was filled accurately. Staff was pleasant and drive- thru moved quickly, even though it was busy. No tumbleweeds in the parking lot?
I waited 20 minutes for my order tonight. I never got it. I had to leave because the staffer refused to even talk to me about my order. He just stared at me through the drive through window and ignored me. This was after the restaurant confirmed it got my mobile order.
Ordered the cheesy gordita crunch which was the skimpiest one I've every had. I don't know what was holding the taco apart. The Nacho Bell Grande was made from the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. I'd say I would go back but it's in a convenient location.
I'm not too sure what to even rate this, because I've been coming to this Taco Bell basically all my life, but never had an experience like this. The other night I wanted to try something new, A Nachos DeGrande with some Guac on it, no beans. I've never gotten the guac before, and lemme tell you it was SO good! But not so good 30 minutes later. After puking everything I just ate out, thinking that'll be the only time i puked, i puked for almost 15 hours. Turns up i had food poisoning, I was throwing up from both ends none stop for hours... I was so dehydrated since I couldn't hold anything down (example: water, Gatorade, ect) I ended up in the hospital for 6 hours. Like I said before, I've always trusted this taco bell, but this experience.. Is really life changing. I woulda never thought that taco bell would put me in the hospital for food poisoning. Please have your employees really check the foods they serve out, it's so dangerous what I went through.
For on the go hunger needs. Excellent selections that also has combinations. Prices need to come down a bit.
