It was good. Just not THAT good where I would justify coming here if I didn't have some sort of gift card. Trying to read the menu was kind of like learning a second language. These digital days it wouldn't hurt to have some more pictures of the choices. Maybe a little flip book picture menu for coffee illiterate individuals like myself lol
Waited there for a while, employees are just looking at me, no one asked me what I want. I end up leaving after a while.Not sure if they’re understaffed or need better training

Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve been to on Long Island. Manager is great and employees are happy to help. I wish they had a drive through but other than that they’re great
This used to be my place to hang and catch up on paperwork, emails, etc. After 4 pm, the music is turned up loud and is all Spanish. They are capable of mixing it up but refused to do when I asked, so I told them I was leaving. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to patronize a different location. Very poorly managed.
What an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand. Workers are lazy and have unfocused attitudes. A mobile customer asked for a straw and the 3 baristas couldn’t be bothered to assist, he left in frustration.I brought my own cup, and they wouldn’t fill my personal cup, even tho every other Starbucks I’ve been to in the last 3 months gladly provides this service. Store is a disaster and needs better leadership.
