I just can't do it anymore. I've spent years of my life waiting on the ridiculously long drive thru line. When you go inside, it's no better. They literally have about 12 people behind the counter, but nobody seems to be doing anything. It's a model of inefficiency, and the staff all give off an attitude of never having been wrong....ever.

Almost every day we go to this Starbucks. The staff there is so nice and sweet. I go there Alot with my program before we do our activities for the day.
I ordered an expresso with sugar free vanilla and oat milk. Unfortunately they added real milk which caused me to spend the night in the bathroom. People need to know when someone says no milk or any food, a lot of the times they're not picky, they may be severely allergic or have some other concerning medical conditions. If I was deadly allergic to milk, I could have died that night brcause someone did not do their job right.

Always so kind and courteous when I stay here. Perfect place to bring my laptop for a few hours and chill with a drink and some good snacks. The staff are a delight, and even though my name always gets spelled a lil wrong it's kindof like a fun game now. I love it here. Thanks to everyone who makes this a great place.
I travel regularly from Scotland (frequent flyer program is a life saver) and visit this Starbucks (and this Starbucks ONLY) every time. Every Starbucks in the city serves my blonde cappuccino burnt; it is a must that I take the LIRR to get to North Merrick Starbucks so that Stephanie (my favourite barista at the store) can make my BLONDE cappuccino the only way I like it. I will be back.
