First time here and we loved loved loved the pizza. Just wow! So tasty, so fresh. I want another one just writing this review. They are more of a personal pie size but we were four people and wound up sharing two different pies. We even liked our appetizer salads. Staff was also super accommodating and friendly. Thank you San Marzanos!
Food was good. server was very nice. prices are definitely great.
Great food… the absolute worst for takeout though. Over an hour wait no matter what you order, and always standing there 20-30 minutes after the time they tell you.
My mom and I came on a Monday night. Place was pretty busy. We got the meatball appetizer. They were really good. We shared the pizza. Crust was a little burnt but overall very good. Our waitress was fine, but seemed like she didn’t want to be there.
Flat crust pizza is great. Love their calzones as well. Their pasta dishes are fresh, delicious and a good price.
This is a nice place to come for drinks and pizza. Very crowded. Calamari was good but my caesar salad was just okay. The dressing was a little watery. The staff is very nice and the girls work very hard.
We really enjoyed the pizza here. The ambiance is cozy and the staff is very friendly. A real neighborhood gem.
I would leave zero but…… Big big thumbs down to San Marzano Brick Oven Pizza in Merrick. I placed an order at about 4:25pm through door dash and after waiting until after 6pm I get a notification that San Marzano cancelled the order. No explanation. No call. Nothing. Not very nice of them making the driver wait over an hour for food and then not coming through. This was always a go to spot for me and my family but they just lost a customer.
A little bit expensive but worth every penny, meatballs are delicious, they're $10 it comes with 5 but they are kinda small, yet delicious. pizza crust was burnt but the taste overall was really good.
The service is exceptional. The food is unique and the vibe is very comfortable and old worldish with a new age touch. Fabulous!
