I can't believe they are not packed every day,this place with their giant menu of all quality meals is always outstanding.The best deli anywhere including Katz.
I was not happy with the place and their service if you want to try a good pastrami place go to Commack pastrami 'N ' friends and you'll see the difference the quality
My pastrami sandwich was delicious. The french fries were hot and yummy. The service was excellent.
I make it my business to stop here, when I visit Merrick LI. The sandwiches are overstuffed and delicious! Owner is on the floor working. Employees are super friendly and nice! Love this place!!!
Sick to my stomach. I have been coming here for 10 years. Got a hold of some bad corn beef and I paid for it the next day. Called the manager to politely tell him about it. They took my name and number. 1 week later no call. So now I post my review and will be calling the board of health. its a shame places serve bad food and dont even acknowledge complaints.
Potato pancakes were hard and very tough. My friend and I couldn't eat them. The apple sauce it came with was turning slightly fermented. The pastrami and corn beef were very average....and of course served with soggy cheap rye bread. It's alot of money to be spending on bad food!
Pastrami sandwich (very generous portion) was excellent. Beef Barley soup excellent as well.Stay away from potato pancakes. The pancakes were hard, greasy and had very little taste. They did nothing for my pallet.
Hands down BEST pastrami around!!!! Other than the amazing sandwich selection they have, they offer a variety of other meals on the menu as well.
Not as good as they used to be, pastrami was chewy and sliced too thick. The coleslaw which is usually phenomenal was just slapped together. Not what i remember this place as, such a shame.
Great food and great service. Girl behind counter was attentive and polite. Ordered a pastrami sandwich and half pound of liver. Also got a pound of chicken salad. Everything excellent.
